The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because when I renewed my insurance for the third time my insurance when up so I got punished for being a good driver everything else is fine I hope if in 6 months from now I keep a good driver record my insurance goes downs or stay the same or else. Super friendly representatives and professionals, I took a very good opinion and the attention was very fast. They clarified all my doubts. They apply a financing of 1.5% without telling you.Dont trust the insurance they provide without first doing your research. They proposed me “Star Casualty” (Estrella Insurance) and they apply a 10% fee if you cancel the policy early. Not to mention that they propose you a year $$$.The customer service of Star Casualty is terrible and the advice of the agencies of Estrella Insurance is inconceivable.With a policy of $ 3653 for one year they made me pay $ 1132.10 to cancel at 68 days (2 months and a week)Be forewarned.Greetings, :)---Do not trust the information that the agent gives you.
