English and SpanishIngles y EspanolLet me start by saying that I hate giving bad reviews to other businesses, I only give good reviews and if the experience was bad I rather just leave it as is.In February 2018 I bought a business policy and I sent them my lease agreement so that they can see what my landlord needed in my insurance. The total was over $2000.00 and I gave a deposit of over $1000. Later on I sent the same lease to two other insurance agencies and the max they both got for me was less than $800.It turns out that my agent added an umbrella insurance that was in the contract but I didnt need and instead of letting me know that it wasnt necessary, she just added it. Since I have no clue how policies work, I didnt know what was right or wrong and just went with it. Both the other agencies I went to didnt understand why they charged me so much since I didnt need an umbrella.But the reason why Im so upset is because as soon as I realized, I tried cancelling so that I can go to another agency. The first time I communicated that I needed to cancel was March 10th, today has been over two month and I still dont have my money back. Every time I call they are busy and when I get to talk to one of them, they never have a concrete answer. Its a shame because Ive been with them for years for my car insurance and its always been really easy to work with them, but they messed up this time.Desde febrero yo compre una poliza de negocios con esta empresa. Les mande el contrato de el lease que explicaba exactamente lo que yo necesitaba. Ellos me consiguieron un seguro que me saldria en mas de $2000, y pague un deposito de mas de $1000.Luego mande ese mismo contrato a otras dos agencias y lo mas que me salia fueron menos de $800, resulta ser que me agregaron poliza que mi negocio no necesitaba, Y en vez de explicarme que no era nesesario, simplemente lo pusieron.Pero ese no fes el problema que tengo, lo que me molesta es que cuando me di cuenta trate de cancelar el seguro, y llevo mas de dos meses esperando y todavia no me han devuelto mi dinero. Llevo tratando de cancelarlo desde marzo y nada. Cada vez que llamo siempre estan ocupados y cuando consigo hablar con algien nunca tiene una respuesta concreta.Me da mucha pena porque llevo tiempo haciendo mis seguros con ellos Y siampre ha sido todo muy bien pero esta vez cometieron un error muy grave.
