Great customer service they cared about me and my family in our accident. First question asked is are you ok. That means a lot. That is before they even saw my vehicle. Great service and quality repairs. The whole team was helpful from the first phone call. SAM will take care of you.

My kids have had some fender benders and we have taken their vehicles here. Noe Flores was extremely caring, professional, and helpful to us. Our vehicles were completed without any flaws and although they offer a warranty we have not needed to take our vehicles back. The work was completed in a timely manner in fact we got the vehicles before the promise date which was a relief for us. I would only entrust my vehicles there because I know they will take care of us and their work is guaranteed. There are not many employees that put that much care into their customer service and for that I am grateful for Mr. Flores.

Twice when my car was unfortunately damaged, Noe Flores helped me with my car. Both times he has been incredibly professional, polite, and even had my car finished before the estimated date. He is superb at what he does and has helped tremendously!

I needed a repair done on my vehicle & was sent here by my insurance company. I couldn’t imagine this process going any much smoother/pleasant. The original estimated time for repair was 5 business days, but was done in 3, which I was extremely happy about. I was able to leave the rental there & they took care of everything else. Noe was extremely professional & helpful. I loved that he kept me updated throughout the entire process. ALSO, they gave my car a really nice cleaning as well. I highly recommend this place. Caliber Collision acted repeatedly disrespectful.6. Caliber Collision did not follow basic body shop procedures.7. This is bad business.

Good staff .but their prices are absolutely OUTRAGEOUS .I went in the other day to see how much it would be to repair a mirror (cadillac sts 2006) that had fallen off they told me they would have to replace the whole thing brand new & when you tally up all the taxes my fee was $738 lol. for a mirror? I wound up going to another place and my total came out to 273$ for a brand new mirror including installation LOL .

I first went here back in March 2019 due to some front end damage on my jeep. They took care of everything quickly and efficiently. Customer service was a++. They also guarantee their work for as long as you own the vehicle which is really awesome.I recently had to go back because one of the fans went out in my car causing it to occasionally overheat. They were quick to get me a rental and quick to get me my vehicle back.Thank you Caliber for the excellent service.

The service from the moment I came in was great! The rental car from enterprise was already waiting for me and the intake process was very easy and friendly. I would 100% recommend this location to my friends,family, and clients. My car was done that same day. I dropped my car off at 8am and it was ready by 3pm. The repairs were well done and they even dropped my car off at my job and turned in the rental car for me! Loved it!

They do bad work. Worst body shop in the world

I only went to this place on my insurance recommendation. But personally i would not recommend to anyone. They call me to pick up my vehicle and the work is poor and not even alligned correctly. I was out a vehicle another week nobody called me to update me if i hadnt made the effort. Then i come to pick it up and my passenger mat is missing so i come back and the employee makes a laughing gesture when im expressing my concerns. As im pulling away they seem to be having a good laugh. When you think that a customer will settle for anything you try to get away with you diminish your clientele. I will make a better effort at not recommending this place then they did with customer service.

These people are Amazing. Im a car guy with a very particular standard with my cars. Took it in to repair some scratches in my door that was done by a careless parker. I was informed the entire time, and taken care of with Kid Gloves the whole time.... Couldnt of asked for better service. My Service Advisor Amanda was the best! Friendly, professional and so accommodating to all my requests and concerns. Needless to say the car came out flawless. Couldnt be happier. Thanks guys.

My car has been wrecked twice in 6 months. Sam was my Geico service writer. HE IS AMAZING. Both times my car was repaired on time and given back to me as if the accidents didnt even happen. I am a very picky person and I cannot say one negative thing about the service I received. Theres always gotta be one thing wrong, right? Not with Sam. He handled everything to my greatest satisfaction. I have 6 cars and 3 kids. Needless to say, I have been to a lot of repair shops in this area. Always searching for good service. Well I have found a home with excellent service. The shop was clean and the staff were nice. They even give you water and popcorn. But the outstanding customer service I received by Sam was the main drive behind my 100% satisfaction. 2nd to none. He was extremely kind, professional and constantly keeping me informed of my cars progress. I didnt have to call him because he was already on top of it. I have found a home at Caliber, but only if I am serviced by Sam. I totally recommend Caliber with the assistance of Sam 100%. One satisfied customer.

Went to this repair place because my insurance recommended it. Staff was friendly and easy to deal with. They repaired my vehicle faster then they said they would and they did it right the first time. I would recommend this place to anyone. Insurance paid for my repair but prices were reasonable and in line with other repair shops.

We all, at one point or another, seen or been involved in an automobile accident. We deal with constant traffic going up and down the I-15 Cajon Pass, a daily issue in our area. We are constantly reminded of how people have become irresponsible drivers by not putting their phones down, or simply want to be speed-demons, or patience runs out. Whatever the reason, we have to STOP AND THINK OF WHAT KIND OF ENVIRONMENT ARE WE LIVING IN????Now, this review is about Caliber Collision, located on Bear Valley Rd. in Hesperia, CA. When you are involved in an automobile accident, it is a hard process to go through, very stressful, no matter what damages occur. When we have to deal with the repairs of our vehicle, its the best comfort in the world, when you have someone advocating on your best interest, and will be your guiding hand and your voice during this crisis. Now, every case is different. Every situation is not always the same. I have been a resident of Southern CA since 2012. I have lived in the High Desert since 2015. I have been in 3 very heinous accidents. During 2 of those times, I worked with Caliber Collision.During both those times, I have met an extraordinary young man named Sam Llamas. Sam has worked for this company for a substantial period of time. His customer service and people skills are exceptional. I consider him, more than just my car repair advisor, but a dear friend. Recently I purchased an AS-IS vehicle and it needed some major body work done, including front bumper, front headlights, exterior paint blemishes, and other cosmetic repairs. Sam was the first that came to my mind. He put me in touch with several specialty repair shops around the area, including someone who could fix my front windshield quickly and affordably, for things he could not fix himself. Sam also goes out of his way to keep you informed during the repair process. He encourages you to not give up and has the mentality that things will work out. In this day and age, I think we all need more of that. We need encouragement.I also want to thank Liz, the front desk clerk. She is pleasant person to work with as well. She is very professional and wears a lot of hats for her job, which is not easy. People who are overly stressed about their car, getting rental cars and how much will repairs cost, she handles those situations very professionally. I love this team and am now a lifelong customer.

The front receptionist was out of line. . . . Speaking in front of this customer to another employee about her babies diaper and what slid out of it . . . crass and just lacking in basic manners. I also had to request to see the mgr. Due to the estimating employees impatient and poor attitude . Upon meeting with the mgr., That estimator, employee( bald, pudgy & bearded ) was untruthful and told the mgr. I said I didnt want him to take photos of my truck ! 🤔😒 😲......WHAT ??! ......SERIOUSLY ? However, WESTON THE MGR. got the estimate done and listened like a decent professional, and was happy to share info regarding any and all questions I may have had in re: to procedures 😀 etc . Also, he assured me he would see to these employees that had, on this day... inferior,, unprofessional and, discourteous behavior with no decorum to speak of. Other then that they are probably good. Lobby very nice and clean with terrific coffee bar. Pleasant scent upon entering & grounds in front clean . Restrooms very clean and in order as well .

They replaced and painted my two front door handles on my SUV, they do excellent work.

I wouldn’t waste my time on this company they gave me an estimate and scheduled me for a drop off and when I showed up they changed their minds and decided not to work on my vehicle, absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional.

You would think for almost $5000 they were clean the truck before you got it It was a 2020 ram clean but damage when they got it now the bed is full of wax and I have to clean it

The best place ever to get your car taken care of after someone else dings it the people are good theyre courteous and they really work to help you get your car repaired I like going there hope I never have to go there again

Bad experience ....i will not recomend caliber to fix your car....i when in couse geico work with them...i just need bomper replacement..they recomend a total lost ...olso they authorised a rental car pay by geico....I couldnt return the rental on time couse my job is out state (i ask for 2 more days) a no was the answer from caluber collition not even from geico..The rental was park at my company parking lot...I have to pay the extra days.Thankyou calliber collition...From me oscar garcia.

Had my f250 painted and and when I pulled it out of the shop it was beautiful but four years later come to find out there was no primer under the paint and the paint started peeling off in the tinting on the windows was bubbling and peeling off as well after I spent $5000 on this paint job they a ripped me off beware !!!!anyone before going to the one on Highway 18 in Apple Valley California its a scam
