Amber has been cutting my hair since 2013, so this review is REALLY long overdue. She is incredibly talented to say the least. Her attention to detail is on another level and she is just incredibly consistent with her work. Even when she is busy she takes her time and just does a wonderful job. It is hard to find people that work like this, she is very passionate about what she does and it shows. I have a feeling that most of the employees at this location are pros when it comes to cutting hair, but I cannot recommend Amber enough. In 8 years of her cutting my hair I have always been so pleased and she is an absolute pleasure to see every few weeks.

I love coming to Roosters. I was having trouble finding a barber shop I liked after moving to the area. Im so glad I found this place. I highly recommend Alani, she does an amazing job.

I truly enjoy all the services at this facility. Scheduling and managing an appointment is extremely easy using the app. Top notch customer service. They ensure to always make you feel very welcome upon arrival. All Master Barbers are very knowledgeable and professional. My son and I particularly enjoy Master Barber Jennifer. We followed her from the Ashburn grooming center; about ten miles out of my way but worth it as she is very pleasant to work with and provides great tips when styling and shaving. We see her twice a month for monthly cut and clean up appointments. She is even flexible when I have that last minute business trip. I plan on continuing this relationship as long as possible.

Hussein at Roosters’s (Franklin Farms) is absolutely awesome!! My teen son will not let anyone else touch his hair! They have reasonable rates and are well worth it! I’m willing to pay a little more to make sure my sons hair is cut the way he wants it and Hussein always does an excellent job! I highly recommend Roosters’s in Herndon!

The Roosters barbershop in Herndon is nicely designed and the receptionist is alway professional and helpful. The main reason I return each month is for Jennifer’s outstanding barber skills. I’ve been Jennifer’s client for over one year. Each haircut is meticulous an expertly done. I get regular compliments for her work, which is really good for a middle aged man with receding hair. Besides Jennifer’s skill as a barber, she is smart and interesting. Jennifer is well worth the cost of Rooster services.

Hussein is the best hair stylist ever . He is very experienced and friendly. I been seeing a lot of stylists, nobody cut like Hussein . Very nice person. Got a haircut and shave at this location based on the reviews. Parking is free, as it’s an open lot. This is a plus for me, since I hate dealing with parking garages. The store itself has a cool look and vibe. They offer ApplePay (and the like) as an option. Barber was Jennifer. The haircut was just ok. What I communicated I wanted versus what I received were two different things. At this price point, my expectations are on the high end. I also paid extra for a straight razor for my shave but a regular razor (like my Mach 3) was used at various points. If that’s what I wanted, I would have shaved at home for a lot less.

Was super stoked to try out a new place since my old barber wouldnt be able to create the new style I wanted, and I wanted an actual mens salon, not barber shop, so had high expectations. First cut went great, she was able to create the cut and style that I had been envisioning. The second cut was absolutely horrendous. Asked for the exact same style as the first cut, but for the barber to carry the zero up just a little bit. I received a regulation Army high and tight instead! Completely messed up my hair for two months. Do not come here, the outrageous pricing is nowhere near worth the customer service or expertise. I am much better off at my old barber and have since received phenomenal cuts since going back, and have gotten exactly what I asked for at a third of the price.

I visited the Roosters Mens Grooming Center in Herndon for the first time yesterday because my longtime barber, Jennifer, just started working there. The facility is clean, and the service is kind and prompt. Jennifer is the best barber I have had in my 68 years on the planet. She is thoughtful, exacting and proud of her work. I also want to compliment Brandy, who greeted me in a friendly manner and kept the premises looking immaculate. I will continue to patronize the Herndon Roosters Mens Grooming Center even though it is a bit of a drive for me.

Showed up for a haircut booked a week before to be told 15min after waiting that the barber was not there and could not be reached. Dont trust their appointment system.

Horrible experience. This was my first and last experience at Roosters. From customer service to my haircut/straight razor shave, this place was very below average. While I showed up 5 min early for my appointment, my barber Lance did not bring me back until 10 min after my scheduled time (he did not have a customer before me). Lance smelled as if he had just chained smoked a pack of cigarettes right before seeing me, which is exactly what you want before someone begins lathering your face with oils. Additionally he had unbelievably shaky hands, To the point I was nervous he would cut me. Which he in fact did, in several locations. Ive had many straight razor shaves before, and the occasional nick is acceptable, but this was a hack job. Numerous cuts around my nose, lip, and neck. As he was finishing up his shave I could tell it was not acceptable. There were large patches of hair that he just missed. My face was rough, bleeding, and looking very unkept. Additionally during my appointment I overheard 3 different customers complaining of Roosters phones not working and numerous scheduling errors on their part. Do not go here, it was a waste of money.

They deliver on good haircuts at a higher price. This is in the same shopping center as a TERRIBLE Hair Cuttery and I would choose this over that location every time.

Plus 3 stars for the customer service, minus 2 stars for the price. The customer service is top notch, but I have deducted 2 stars due to the price. $38 for a mans haircut is excessive. After tipping your barber, its closer to $50. This is almost 2x the going rate elsewhere.

Lota fluff no substance, Hostess was very nice, rest of staff acted like a day shift at a strip club. $50 for almost no real work,was mostly a con to get in the men pretending to be men folks. Jennifer is the best barber I have ever had. I first met her at the Roosters in Leesburg 4 years ago, I then followed her to Ashburn, and today to Roosters in Herndon.
