They came out very quickly when my heat was not working even though it was in the evening on a Saturday night. The work was accomplished very fast and with much skill.

The technician was courteous enough, however, the value is outrageous (awful). The only thing causing my dishwasher to leak was the rubber stopper at the bottom got pushed to the side a bit. He pushed it back with his hand. He diagnosed in about 5 minutes and then proceeded to run for 40 minutes to “test”. Charged me $120 for the visit. I would understand if they charged for inspection and then like oh there’s nothing wrong here, just shift this. There was one other thing that needed to be tightened inside but that was unrelated to leak and not something I needed.Also, I got the service done on October 21st and they just charged me today, November 15th. So don’t think about trying to account for this in your finances.

Tony and his company are professional. They know the job and understand the details behind appliances. They came and repair my Dryer and also the Refrigerator. We had some issues after the repair for the Dryer, but they came back for the visit and fix the issue.For the refrigerator, we started experiencing the issue again after few months. My Appliances Tech (Herndon Appliance), came out to diagnose a no-cooling issue with my fridge. Scheduled me same day, and then rescheduled me same day (because I was not at home the first time during the window they gave me). Within 5 minutes, the tech found the fridge compressor not working, and asked me how old the fridge was. 8 years I said. He told me to call LG, because my type of fridge has a 10-year compressor warranty, and they will send a technician. Then from me its just $60 - if I was to replace your compressor, itd be nearly $1000. Good work guys!

Great experience. Very helpful on the phone and flexible on appointment time. He examined our dishwasher an assured me that we just needed a minor repair and we did not need a new dishwasher.!! It only took a few days for the part to arrive but he was able to do a temporary repair so that I was able to use the dishwasher. We will use this company again.

Very pleased. Will use them again. I actually called Vienna Appliances repair line. Not sure what their business relationship is, but Vienna answered their phone with a real and very pleasant human on a Sunday. The repair tech called me back on Sunday to schedule. He called on Monday to make sure I was home, arrived about 15 minutes later, had the part I needed on the truck. Price was reasonable. He swept the floor while he had the fridge pulled out from the wall and cleaned the coils while he was at it.

Refrigerator kept making a clicking noise at night that became more frequent as the weeks went by. Since they did such a good job on my refrigerator once before I thought I would give them another chance. Was not disappointed. Not only did they correctly diagnose the problem (I had already YouTubed it) but they were able to repair it on the spot. I waited several days to make sure the part was not defective and so far so good.

Our fairly new dryer stopped spinning one afternoon :(. I submitted a request and received a phone call shortly after scheduling a visit the following morning. They called 30min to let me know when they were on their way. They quickly identified the problem, explained it to us, and then fixed it. They were in and out in only about 20min. Tony came out the same day. Called 30 minutes before arriving within the expected timeframe. I thought the compressor on my refrigerator was gone but it was a just a relay. I called this place and someone from My Appliances Tech came to my house. They were clearly not interested in fixing my fridge as they were in my home for 10 minutes. He told me to just defrost it for 24 hrs which was absurd. All of my food was thawing in the freezer and any ice was melting so there was no ice buildup. Then when I mentioned that I was going to lose all my food if I unplugged my fridge for 24 hrs he said “Don’t you have another fridge?” If I had another fridge I wouldn’t be calling you to come to my home as soon as possible. Yeah, let me put it in the fridge I keep in my bathroom- unbelievably rude. My fridge is not working at all and these people are supposed to help you. He clearly could have cared less about his job. So now my fridge does not function at all and I am getting a new one because calling for help is like throwing money in the wind.

Assuming the $59 doorbell fee was applied to my repair, it was about $200 for just short of 1 hr of labor. Not unheard of, but not great.Tech was extremely professional and friendly. Answered all questions about the repair.

Ive used Herndon Appliance Repair, aka My Appliances Tech, twice and was very pleased both times. The first time, they diagnosed the cause of my dryer shutting down--an accumulation of years of dryer lint in the ceiling. The vent tubing leading outside had come apart, spewing out lint between the ceiling and floor boards. It was a very combustible situation. And today, they quickly diagnosed and fixed a problem with my dishwasher. These guys are courteous, knowledgeable, honest and prompt. Cant recommend them highly enough!!

These guys price gouge. I asked them to come and look at my oven and they discovered that I had a bad ignitor. They quote me $300. I requested an invoice splitting apart the labor from the parts. Labor was $135. I then requested to have the part details so that I could buy it myself. They flat out said NO. Ive never had a technician not allow me to buy the parts myself. FYI, ignitors go for around $50, not $165.Edit: I am updating this post to inform you that the owner called me and cursed me out for writing this post.

Wish I could speak for their service but I cant. Ive called this place three times to try to get someone out to look at a washer dryer combo. Every time I gave them the information that they asked for and was told that a technician would call me to schedule an appointment. No one ever called or attempted to contact me in any way to inform me of what was going on. Seems like they dont want the business.
