At the risk of being too on the nose, they should call themselves Unreliable Repairs.Absolutely, 100%, DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. TL;DR: horrible customer care.In May, they came and replaced a hose assembly for my refrigerators water filter. By July, conveniently outside the warranty, it started having the same problems. I described the issue over the phone as the same issue, and they insisted on charging $59 for a service call just to come out without the part, diagnose it as the same issue, then schedule a follow up call.We set a two-hour window for them to arrive. After the window had passed, I called to ask when the technician would come, and the dispatch informed me that the part hadnt arrived from UPS, so no one would come. As soon as I pointed out that they should have called to let me know that BEFORE I sat home and waited for them to call, they hustled me off the phone and said that they would contact UPS to find out when the part would come. An hour later, I still hadnt gotten a call, so I called back. No one picked up so I left a message. The next day, I called two hours after opening to ask what happened to the part. I think they recognized my number because they didnt pick up, but they picked up when I called from a different number. I voiced my frustration, and even though this was obviously their fault and they should have apologized, the dispatcher cut me off, raised his voice, and said he didnt have time to deal with me. I told him I wanted a refund of my money, but he said he had already ordered the part and wanted to do a service call tomorrow. I told him that was unacceptable, and he said he didnt want to deal with me and would call me later.They are incompetent and outrageously rude, if you are able to get them to show up or get on the phone. Run like the wind.
Horrible, horrible business. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. They spent over 2 months trying to fix our ice maker. They came to our house 6+ times, had to order different parts 4+ times. Every single time the technician was late. One time the technician tried to come at 10pm. Multiple times the technician no showed and didnt call to let us know. Finally we just had to argue for a refund because it was clear they could not fix anything. They should not be in business.
Sat Morning I called All Appliance Pro. Great repair service. Have used them 3 times. Twice on Sub zero Refrigerator for different things about a year apartLucky was very knowledgeable, knew exactly what was wrong With My REFI was pleased with the level of Service Plus customer service,Lucky did call when he was on his way. Their pricing is very reasonable! He completed the repair (New control Board) and fixed a broken part on the fridge water dispenser for $160 After week later I got a call from their office checking on my ref .I support these guys 100% I really respect them for advice and the building of trust continues. Everyone needs to use this company when their appliances need repair,I am one happy customer!
I called All Appliance Pro about 10 am when I realized my Bosch dishwasher had standing water in it. The dispatcher quickly understood what I needed, said a repair person would arrive between 12:00 and 3 pm that day and would call prior to his/her arrival. That is exactly what happened. The intelligent, capable repair person called, arrived prior to 3 pm, fixed my dishwasher (he had the new motor in his vehicle), charged a reasonable rate and left. I will call All Appliance Pro for any other appliance that needs fixing in the future.
This is the second time we called in All Appliance Pro. They were quick to respond, diagnosed the problem right away (first time it was the refrigerator and this time the dryer) and fixed it quick. They accepted a credit card for payment and provided a detailed repair sheet as well. I would call them again if I had any other problem. Highly recommended.
Truly a great experience. I never review anything because majority of places are average, not good not bad BUT I had to say All Appliance Pro are EXCELLENT AT WHAT THEY DO! And whats even better then their work is their customer service. I had a really messed up, GE Refrigerator, I called approx. 5 PM. They dispatched Garry to look at it, told me what it could be and proceeded to open it and do his diagnostics. After about 40 mins, mind you it is a really messed up refrigerator that i was scared to loose, he broke the good news that it is repairable but cost would be little expensive. Since its a designer series refrigerator, i said yes go ahead. What i appreciate is his honesty, he told me exactly why and showed me what they had to fix and broke that down into terms that the non-technician would understand. He stayed late to try and help me, no overtime, Who does that? So i said thanks as i was pleased with their services, how much do i owe? He said nothing as he has to come back with parts. So i said nothing is free, he told me well here FREE DIAGNOSTIC MEANS YOU JUST PAY THE REPAIR COST! I was shocked, so i tried to give him a tip for all his help, and he refused and said dont worry about it, and next day he came with parts worked a little over an hour on my refrigerator & boom its working again. This is why i did this review because of the HONESTY, INTEGRITY, CARE, RESPECT, AND APPRECIATION All Appliance and their team give and show to customers. I am not receiving anything for writing this review, discounts, free services, etc. All i am receiving is the satisfaction of knowing that good people and good businesses still exist. Thanks to Victor the supervisor and the whole team at All Appliance Pro! Awesome job!
Do yourself a favor and find another company to work with. Not only is the scheduling staff rude, the technicians do not know what they are doing. I had one come on Saturday, April 2, 2016. After waiting three hours for him to show up, he could not figure out what was wrong with my refrigerator. They sent another technician out on Monday April 4, 2016 who told me that a sensor was bad which was causing the water line to freeze. He could not provide an estimate on the cost to fix the problem at that time, which I thought was odd. He said he would give me a call with an estimate the next morning. I called the company again on Tuesday April 5, 2016 around 2:30 in the afternoon to ask about the estimate. After putting me on hold for five minutes, I was told that a request to a warehouse had been made to find out if the part I needed was in stock. I asked why they would need to know if a part was available in order to give an estimate and was told that they were waiting on a response from the warehouse... in other words, they could not answer the question. I then said that made no sense since the price of the part should be know and you could derive an estimate from that price. I was told that I just didnt understand. I told the person on the phone that most if not all companies derive their estimates on the price of the parts and not the availability of a part from a particular source. I was told that everyone in the world understood this process except me. I ask to know the name of the part and was told that they would provide an estimate by the next day. I then asked to speak to a manager and was told the he was not in. I asked when he would be in and was then hung up on. When I called back, they would not answer my call. Unbelievable! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!UPDATE (April 20, 2016):I finally received a refund of my service call charges after two weeks of calling and being lied to repeatedly by the people who answer the phones. There are two of them that will say anything to get you off the phone. They always tell you that the manager is in a meeting. When pressed, they will tell you that he will call you in one or two days, but never does. They will suddenly stop responding to you when asked for specifics like the managers name, or exact times when a call back can be expected. The weirdest behavior, they just stop talking. Maybe they put the receiver down on the desk. They hang up on you often and will not pick up your call when you call back. Truly the worse customer service I have ever experienced.I never did receive an estimate for the repairs. I believe that is beyond their capabilities. As discussed above, I had two service techs come to my house and neither was able to diagnose the problem. Both seemed dependent on help from a person on the phone and neither did more than open the refrigerator doors in an attempt to diagnose the issue. It is interesting that they are operating under this business model. It does not seem to be sustainable. At least that is my hope... that they are unable to sustain this model of rude behavior and incompetence and just go out of business. Again, I would highly recommend that you find another company to work with. You will have a less frustrating and faster path to resolving any issue with an appliance.
I wish I could do ZERO star. I usually let go and don’t write bad reviews but I truly don’t want anyone experience what I have gone through with these people and I won’t be surprised if they go out of buiness for bad costumer service, lack of knowledge and being totally untrustworthy! We have dealt with them for a bout month to get our microwave fixed and finally we got our money back. We talked to the manager Paul, he sent a technician who lives in Ashburn VA. First time he said he needs to get different parts, second time around again needed new parts to fix our microwave. We haven’t seen them after that! We have kept calling and texting them and no one answered. We called from work number and finally Paul said technician will be there.... 3 times we waited until 10pm And no one showed up! Last time we called Paul even told us the guy is on his way And again no one showed up. I texted Paul and I said either we get our money back or I will go to Court... finally he spoke with my husband and we got the check. After a month of running back and forth.... I have never dealt with anyone like that!! Please stay away... I have also did write a complain to BB.
We were not impressed with this company. They came the same day we put in the online request, but they told us that the ice maker and seal were broken on our freezer and they had to get the part. We were told we would be called the next day between 12-2 and never received that call. We even gave them a couple extra days. When we called them finally we were told that our part was on back order but that it would be in that week. Well no surprise that we didnt hear back from them. I called and complained and said I wanted my deposit back if the freezer wasnt fixed in the next couple days. They did come on time a couple days later. Online it says that you can save up to $55 if you submit an online request and when I asked about that, I was told it was already included in our $280 bill, but it was not documented on the receipt at all. When I asked about the seal, I was told that it was not broken and we just need to make sure we shut the freezer properly. There has been frost build up on our freezer for months and we were under the impression that fixing this would be included in the cost. He used a blow dryer to melt away the frost and had a towel to wipe up the water. However, after he left there was still quite a bit of water on our wood floor and my toddler slipped twice on it trying to get across the kitchen. Overall, not impressed with the customer service. I just hope the problems with the freezer are fixed.
Really bad and unprofessional customer service doesnt show any responsibility towards their customers problem. They couldnt even provide me their service. They did not respond after I made an appointment, never showed up and made me wait till 9p.m. They did not inform me before about not having the equipment until I called them.
My experience was terrible. All Appliance Pro was nothing short of a constant headache: slow repairs, horrendous customer service.From the time a technician performed the estimate to when the job was finally complete took 5 WEEKS! They did have to order the part, but that can be sent FedEX! In the process of fixing my ice maker they broke the feet on my refrigerator. To get them to fix the feet took 3 weeks. I had a technician in my office 5 or 6 times before they finally finished the job. Their service is terrible: two times they didnt show up to their appointment because they couldnt find parking: I have a garage in my building, They lied to me and told me they had the part when they did not. The technician fixed it, but this business is so unprofessional.Bottom Line: I would never use them again, or recommend them to anyone.
Pathetic and unprofessional service. My furnace motor was making some noise and stopped working. Called them and the technician came at scheduled time but hardly spent 5 mins to assess the problem. Didnt even bother to open the furnace motor and see where the issue was and told me the motor got to be replaced. Charged me $59.95 and told me he would get the estimate the next day but never did even after calling them three times.Dont ever bother to call these guys
Came out same day to look at our dryer, gave an estimate, and left saying it would be at least a week for the parts. Called a week later to schedule an appointment. Took a day off work to stay home for them. Never showed. Never called. Called back to reschedule and was told they didnt have an ETA of when they could reschedule. Have been waiting for a call back for weeks now and no response after several left messages. Would not recommend.EDIT: Regarding the company feedback: when I called, I called the number listed on google, and on the top of the written estimate that was left by the tech who came to the house. I left messages. I never received a response. I did finally get a call finally about a month after my last attempt; we had since gone with another company. Still caution against this place.
Unbelievably frustrating.Prompt response and then failed to return on at least THREE separate occasions.(I lost count) Also did not call when not coming. Requested to speak with the manager and was told I would receive a call in 15 minutes. No surprise when i did not hear back. Actually seemed surprised when I cancelled last appointment.Never so much as a single apology for the inconvenience caused .
Horrible customer service. Stay away from this company, The technician yelled at me and I had to call the police and they never fixed my appliance even after I paid the money.
