Just had my first session yesterday! Super quick and seamless process—I was in the treatment room for at most 10 minutes! They explained everything thoroughly, made sure I was comfortable, and were a very friendly staff. I can’t speak on my results since it was just the first session and I had it yesterday, but I’m definitely excited to go back.

Highly recommend!Staff is great and facility is very clean and professional. They also offer discounts for multiple session packages. Just make sure you book far in advance as the appointments fill up quickly.

I expected it to be painful. It was amazingly easy and quick. Of course it was not a comfortable feeling but best option for hair removal.The office is lovely and clean. The receptionist was polite and friendly.The nurse was incredibly kind and informative. I asked her so many questions and she patiently put me at ease. Was in and out in 15 minutes, including wait time. 10/10 would recommend.

The service is always amazing. The staff is nice, the nurses are efficient, and they practice covid 19 precautions. The laser is painless and it really works. I highly recommend you trying them out if you have unwanted hair.

Definitely recommend this place! Not only is it on the more affordable end, compared to other places that hike up the prices an arm and a leg. Which makes it possible to get what your wanting done. And on top of that, every employee that I’ve been around has been amazingly sweet! All the girls are angels there, they make you feel as comfortable as possible (because let’s face it, some of these procedures can be a bit exposing) and are just genuine. I’ve recommended to everyone I’ve spoke to already. Will definitely be a return customer always!

They are very organized, VERY clean and tidy. Nice, friendly staff and pleasant looking office. Ive only been 4 times and the results are unbelievable! I know its different for every hair and skin type but I havent shaved in between appts and its been fine. WOW. Only downside is you have to book appointments months and months in advance. So if your schedule changes you cant reschedule that appointment for anytime soon. Also its a long wait time often on the phone if you need to talk to anyone.

Beware❗️Made an appointment for lip fillers weeks out beginning of September.. was told by Hannah that there is a $100 deposit fee to hold reservation.. that it was completely refundable if cancelled before 24 hours in advance of appointment. I specifically asked if it was refundable & was told yes. Called 8 days before my appointment (today sept 20th) to cancel (app sept 28th) & someone else tried to tell me they were not going to refund me. Umm, that is FRAUD. Once I told them that they will be refunding me & was upset and not going to accept that. They put me on hold.. then told me they will refund me just this one time and hung up while I was talking!!!!!!Of course I called back. Listen - this receptionist at the Beverley Hills office has no business working with the public with her extremely poor attitude. She answered the phone on September 20th @ 2pm @ BH location & was extremely rude & unprofessional. Nor will you keep a 100 dollar deposit that you provided No services for AND verbally told me that it was refundable up to a day before appointment and I called to cancel 8 days before my appointment! 8 days! This is not only crazy but has lost my trust & business and will tell everyone I know about this incident & company. Also, you need to hire new professional receptionists that know how to speak in a kind and professional manner. I am appalled by this; and the fact that I had to threaten to call my credit card company just to get a refund.. terrible.This receptionist told me all appointment deposits are 100% not refundable for any service no matter how early you cancel. That is absurd.

Impossible to use a package once its been sold to you! They never have appointments. Must book 2-3 months out and good luck if you need to reschedule. Services OK, depends on the nurse and her thoroughness.

This laser hair treatment service is the ONLY one my wife and I have gone to that is quickly effective and NOT painful. The machines they have are incredible. There is a strong cool blast of air that almost neutralizes any discomfort that is typical with laser treatment. VERY impressive. The staff is superb as well and we are extremely grateful to have found this quality business.

I had my first appointment at SEV yesterday and I must say that it was a great experience. The staff were very friendly and the facility was very clean. I work in the medical field and I was impressed with the way they handled appointments to ensure patient safety. The front desk staff were great about temp checks and making sure that the waiting room did not exceed capacity to put anyone at risk for any potential covid exposure. During my visit, I was seen by Brianna...she was very efficient and professional. Thanks SEV ladies, great work!

AMAZING! A million star review. Upon check in i was greeted by the most wonderful scheduler Monica. She was so pleasant and professional. She made sure i was aware of everything i will be experiencing. She made sure i scheduled my appointments. And she also let me know of all of the packages SEV had to offer for future appointments. I went there to laser my underarms along with the Brazilian. It was a little painful but nothing we can’t handle. So quick literally 10 minutes for both to be done. Also the RN i had was wonderful so sweet and made she i was comfortable. I wish i new her name i think it was Nina nyong or something along those lines. I hope i will have her next time. My experience over all was awesome! Thank you for making this experience so great!

I’m a nurse and one of my coworkers who works at this company part time told me about this place. I recently relocated to California and everyone looked at me like I was crazy because I hadn’t heard of this place. It’s clear by just calling around how popular this place is. Many other locations are booked over a month in advance, so extremely difficult to get an appointment.This is a newer location, and outside of central LA, so a lot easier to get an appointment. I called on Friday and was able to get in appointment today for my birthday. Took a lyft here, but there is street parking. Walk up the first set of stairs and the store is to the right and up the next set of stairs. Hard to miss it. Very boutique, contemporary decor inside. As soon as you walk in, the everything feels upscale . They have water, Oreos, and mints for you.The girl at the front desk was very informative and helpful. Very busy with all the phone calls but did excellent with my paperwork and checking me in. No one else was there, so no wait. I got the Brazilian, lip, and chin done. I was finished in twenty minutes. My nurse was very knowledgeable about the entire process and what to do and what no to do afterward. I want to say her name was Erica. Great customer service skills. This is a very relaxed environment. I’ve done laser before and I can say this was one of the better experiences.They make sure they have the correct setting for your skin tone and their machines have the coolant, so you really don’t feel anything. Definitely coming back. And scheduling for next month was so simple.

So far, my experience at the Hermosa Beach location has been great. It’s clean, and my results are surprisingly awesome, especially with being a darker skinned woman. Just FYI, make sure to go every 4 weeks if possible because you will have better results. Glad I found this place!

I have been to the hermosa beach location twice already and the nurses are so friendly and have great customer service. I usually have almost no wait time before my service and the place is very clean. The nurses do a very good job in explaining the process and make me feel comfortable! The only thing is that parking is not that great, so I had to park a couple blocks down, but the area is really nice and I dont mind walking. Highly recommend checking out SEV! (:

I love Sev Laser and this location. I never have to wait long, you literally be in and out. For me after 4 of my 6 treatments of Brazilian and underarms my hair was completely gone and my skin was so soft and smooth. I will never get another wax again.

Let me start by saying, I am a changed woman.I used to consider myself to be a hairy monster before discovering laser hair removal. And since discovering SEV my life has been changed for the better.In middle school I got mocked for having a mustache (which looking back, perhaps deserved -- hello, I didnt know how to use tweezers) and since then Ive always been self conscious.Ive used those facial razors you can get at Sephora and Ive plucked and tweezed, but now I finally found the best solution.As well as gradually getting rid of my stache, I also got my underarms and a full brazilian.I get so lazy when it comes to shaving and if youre like me, clumsy, and cut yourself EVERY DAMN TIME.... then I highly recommend getting laser.SEV is great, you walk in and in 15 min youre out. Best place ever. Nothing but positive things to say about this spot!

I had a wonderful experience. Ive had laser in the past before and kinda dreaded going yesterday, but boy was I pleasantly surprised. The staff was wonderful, kind and helpful. They put me at ease and let me know that the cooling air thats attached on the actual laser will help with the process. They were absolutely correct! My sister recommended me to go to SEV. Her underarms are so smooth like a baby’s butt. She doesn’t even have to shave anymore! This was my first laser appointment. SEV Laser - Hermosa Location specifically is always a gem. I have never met an unkind employee or had unsatisfactory service. Started in 2019 going every 6-8 weeks, and now (2021) go in 2-3 times a year for maintenance on Brazilian and under arm. I dont shave anymore, only before appointments, BEST PERSONAL INVESTMENT IN YOURSELF!!!!

Great first experience! I had never done laser, only waxing. When I first arrived, the receptionist checked my temperature and asked me to go wash my hands. I love this! I felt extremely safe coming to this office. The receptionists were both very kind and welcoming. Very clean office. Once it was my turn to go in, the technician was very kind and welcoming. She explained the process thoroughly and made me feel extremely comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to others!

Laser Techs automatically 5 stars theyre all amazing and make it a point to make you feel comfortable. Unfortunately I cant say the say for the receptionists. They dont follow Covid Protocol and they consistently dont follow 6ft apart. The also allow people who arent getting treated to be in the lobby which is unnecessary. Sometimes you get lucky and theyre okay and other times its mediocre theyre rude, constantly making snarky comments talking among themselves ignoring you while youre standing right in front of them. The manager is aware of these issues and hasnt changed anything pretty sad considering the laser techs are the sweetest and amazing at their job.

Love this place! I have gone for 3 sessions so far, and each time has been a great experience. The environment is super clean and has a cute, modern vibe. The front desk ladies are always super sweet too, and the nurses doing the lasering procedures are great! Highly recommend.Also, for those wondering if SEV produces results compared to the more expensive counterparts, it definitely does. I have dark, thick, coarse hair and after 2 sessions I saw very noticeable results. Definitely give them a try!

She is always so sweet, flexible with scheduling and goes above and beyond to make sure everything goes well. Went for the first time and I loved it! The people here are way nicer than some other laser places Ive been to. They make you feel so comfortable and welcome. As far as lasering, they adjust the intensity to as much you can tolerate to make sure you dont feel anything. Highly recommend!

SEV is taking all of the proper precautions during this pandemic to provide great service and keeping all its customers/employees safe. As soon as I arrived there was a shield at the front desk, immediately receptionist took my forehead temp (no contact), ask me to wash my hands, and I was 1 of 3 people in the waiting area. All others waiting were waiting outside. Receptionist cleaned the iPad at the desk every time someone used it.As usual, quick and painless, in and out session.Thank you SEV for taking the steps to provide us services while staying safe!

Everyone is so genuinely nice and comforting. It was very clean and Co-vid safe. They take your temperature and make everyone wash there hands as soon as you arrive. I was scared for my first apt but they took it slow and explained everything. I dont know why I was so scared, it didnt hurt at all and it was very quick. Ive gotten waxed before but for some reason I had this notion that lasers were scary and painful. 100% wrong! Ive only done it twice and I already see a diffence in my hair growth. I dont know what I was thinking except that I should have done SEV laser years ago. No shame I found them through Groupon and got a really good deal. But even without a Groupon their prices are really reasonable.

This experience was new to me but SEV laser is amazing! I purchased a package with 6 sessions and was a little nervous, but the girls make it such a comfortable experience. I’m 5 sessions in and I can honestly say it’s so worth it, so if you’re considering it just do it! They are pretty busy so try to book appointments in advance but all in all highly recommend.

The staff are very nice and friendly and welcoming environment but as far as the laser treatment I expected my hair to not really grow back at all. I did 6 treatments and only thing it did was make the hair not grow as thick. I think waxing is better if your looking immediate and lasting results but the laser is less painful I feel.

I believe yesterday was my third visit and a great one! The laser technician was very friendly and mentioned that my skin looks great! Almost 80 % of my hair has not returned and I highly recommend SEV laser. Thank you for all that you guys do!

UPON FURTHER INSPECTION AT HOME, MY LASER APPOINTMENT WAS NOT EFFECTIVE AND IT WAS DISHEARTENING TO NOT GET MY MONEYS WORTH FOR THE SERVICES.ALL IN ALL I WILL NOT BE RETURNING TO SEV HERMOSA AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND TO ANY OF MY FRIENDS OR FAMILY TO PAY MONEY AND RECEIVE SUBPAR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I love the whole idea of getting laser but above that, the satisfaction of how professional the girls are is beyond me! I’ve gotten a different girl every time but every time I feel so comfortable and in such a judgement zone. They truly do make you feel comfortable and are super nice!
