I love coming to see Dr. Christy, Cadence & the entire staff. I always feel comfortable, taken care of, and never feel that I am being upsold with unnecessary procedures or products. I come to have my teeth cleaned every 4 months & look forward to it! My Husband & I are patients for life.

OH MY GOD! Dr. Christy and her staff have made an excellent first impression. Beginning with the front desks initial greeting at the start of the appointment. They immediately acclimate you to your surroundings. Additionally, I was impressed that Ashley, the assistant, is about to apply to dental school. Simply put, this is an outstanding general dental practice.

I am both lucky and completely satisfied to have Orchard Hill taking care of my dental needs. The staff — each person — is attentive and friendly. My hygienist is meticulous, thorough and observant. She is also very nice.Dr. Christy is impressive — knowledgeable, informed, and just plain talented. I have the comfort of knowing that Dr. Christy will spot any problem that arises — or is about to arise — and will advise me well. In short, I would recommend this practice of general dentistry without qualification. I live in a small town but it has top notch health care — including Orchard Hill dental care.

This Dental office is deceptive and not trustworthy. I asked in advance if they take my insurance after giving them all the info (and a card photocopy) and was told yes. However, they made me pay after my appt. and submitted the claim for me, telling me all patients pay them directly. They never said they were out of network at the beginning or end.I called BCBS for claim status and they told me the Dentist is out of network and received the claim 8 days after my appt. I will be reimbursed at a fraction of normal coverage.This office knew darn well what I meant by take my insurance. In 40+ years of Dr. visits and using the same verbiage, I have never experienced this deception. Absolutely a slimey office!

Dr. Christy and her team are amazing! They are all friendly and knowledgeable. My teeth have never felt so clean before. 10/10, I would recommend.

I have had a wonderful experience at Orchard Hill Dental . The atmosphere of Dr Christy’s office is welcoming and warm and her staff is totally professional. Dr Christy solved a long standing dental issue my wife had in one visit. Yesterday, I had a cleaning by Carol and she did an absolutely superb job, convincing me that she is the best oral hygienist I’ve ever had. If the opportunity arose for my wife and me to get an appointment with her on a return visit to Hendersonville, we would be truly happy. Orchard Hill Dental is that good.

I just had an appointment with Dr Christy. The whole process was smooth and painless. It was easy to schedule and they took care of my insurance for me. The work was done really quickly and Im very happy with the result. I hope I dont need any more work, but if I do Ill definitely trust her again.

Awesome staff that treats you like family. I worked in a dental office for years and I am very particular about who treats my family. I knew Dr. Christy’s training was impressive but it wasn’t until she treated me that I knew we had made the best choice! I highly recommend Orchard Hill Dental to anyone!

WOW! What a great, first experience with Dr. Christy and her staff. Starting from the very beginning of the appointment with the welcoming of the front desk. They make you feel right at home. Also, something I found awesome is that Dr. Christy is completing her masters degree in TMJ and oral facial pain. Just a great, overall dental practice.

As usual, Cadence did an outstanding job cleaning and monitoring my dental health. She is the true professional and one of the two best dental hygienists in Henderson County. My wife and I just had our first encounter with Orchard Hill Dental. A lot had changed since we last went to see our dentist: there’s a new dentist now, a new hygienist, and, of course, the Covid-19 pandemic and its necessary precautions. It was reassuring to have Debbie in the front office still!For the past 24 years we have entrusted our dental care to Dr. Pete Richards, who has since retired. While the faces might have been new to us, we were pleased to know that Dr. Richards handpicked Dr. Christy to take over his practice and that we can expect the same high-quality care from her that we came to expect from him.Our appointment this time was only for a routine cleaning. I was particularly impressed with Carol, who seemed thorough and practiced, and I appreciated the way she handled me, how she answered my concerns, that she made suggestions for things I might try in the next few months.

What a great office!! Staff is friendly and helpful. Dr. Christy is simply amazing. She is a rockstar!! I have found my forever dentist.

I have recently moved from Florida to Hendersonville and needed to find healthcare providers.Today I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Christy and her staff at Orchard Hill Dental. I couldnt have been more pleased. The office was very much like my dental office in St. Petersburg. From Debbie at the front desk taking precautions for all of us by sending me straight in to wash my hands and then checking my temperature already was meeting my expectations. I was called back to a room within a couple minutes. The assistants began by taking photos of me and my teeth. Since now we are all masked they wanted to have a photo of me for their chart. Dr. Christy was in to see me within minutes of my arrival. No long waiting to be seen. She was quite thorough with her exam and explaining the dentistry she provides. I was thrilled she is very much like my previous dentist in St. Petersburg. I have been with that dentist for probably 10 years so this was very comforting to me to know I was going to have similar care. I would highly recommend Dr. Christy and her staff. We are fortunate to have her here in Hendersonville.
