Amazing experience. I feel so lucky to have found Imperial Dental. Everyone there is wonderful. My Hygienist (Tara) was magical, and went to the greatest lengths to get my (way overdue) mouth into great shape. I know it sounds unusual to think of visiting the dentist as something that would put you in a good mood, but after years of struggling with mediocre hygienists, and Corporate Dental Money Pits that are only interested in the up sell to overpriced services that should just be a matter of course, I was transformed into such a good mood after my visit. And I truly look forward to my next visit. Thank You Imperial!!!!!!

My husband and I both come to Imperial for our dental needs. They have always been super helpful and accommodating. I cant brag enough about Mrs. Anita! She is so outgoing, and makes you feel comfortable from the beginning. I would totally recommend this practice for anyone looking!

This is an older office but the staff and doctors are wonderful. They take their time with each of their patients to make them feel welcomed. I was greeted by the front desk employees with a huge smile and warm hello. Will definitely be back and be referring my family and friends to come here!

Sooo... Im the biggest baby when it comes to the dentist. Im pretty much terrified anytime I have to step foot in any dental office. However, ItsI been awhile since I had my teeth cleaned.I cant say enough good things about this place... Im from Dallas and this clinic made it easy for me to get in since I travel the road with bands.Tara was the one that cleaned my teeth and normally this is a 30 minute procedure. However, my needed extra attention and Tara spent over 2 hours making sure my fangs looked glossy white again!!This place has me hooked and I actually cant wait to get my teeth cleaned again!! For helpful and friendly staff that actually care for their patients and take the time for them!

I had a root canal done here and the cap popped off 2yrs later. When they looked at what was left of my tooth it was decayed and very infected! Another cap they put on wasn’t even sealed properly. And on of my fillings just fell out.... I didn’t leave a negative reviews after many issues I had getting work done at this dentist. But as I sit here looking at my BLACK gums and tooth I have no choice but to NEVER recommend this dentist to anyone! The girls that work there are very nice tho.

I am legally blind and went to a dentist for my husbands appointment. I had asked if someone could look at one tooth that was giving me problems.They said I had to fill out paperwork and again I told them that I was legally blind and could not see it. They offered no assistance.I sat in the office for a while and tried to approach the front desk again asking for assistance. One reluctantly helped me fill out the paperwork but was asking m me questions out loud for the HIPAA form. Two other people were in the office at the time this was happening, and I was standing beside a new client that just came in for their appointment.I told them that I felt very uncomfortable with them asking me questions out loud and now even in front of the incoming client who was standing right next to me filling out paperwork also.I asked for the dentist to call me in regards to this and they will not pass my email to the dentist in charge.

Unfortunately, I have found myself molded into the chair of many dentist chairs over the last 50 years. I have had Army dentist put thier knee on the side of my chair to pry a tooth out, to one dentist who doing work on my front tooth went all the way through my filtrum area and was shooting novacaine, literally, up my nose. From the day I called them with an emergency problem through bridges, fillings and a pulled tooth, Dr. Sam and the entire staff at the Hendersonville location have been been amazing. I still dont care for going to the dentist, but knowing the staff that will take care of me are truly concerned about both my dental health as well as my wallet health ( or lack there of). If looking for a family dentist, one who makes you feel like family, you couldnt go with a better group of professionals.

I went there to get a tooth pulled out and they took care of me fast I called and told them I was in a great deal of pain from my tooth hurting veryyy badly and they told me to head right there and they took it right out for me right away it only took me less than 30min and I was in and out with no strings attached they had my back its my new dentist office for now on really great and friendly staff I love them and I definitely recommend for everyone to go see them fast and friendly service no more mouth pain for me and they didnt try to get me to spend more money only took care of what I needed and it didnt break the bank if you know what I mean!!!
