Jerrys is now OUT OF BUSINESS!! Looks like it all caught up with them.LIES......LIES......and more LIESUntrustworthy!! The owners name is Stephen Craig....not even Jerry. I have used Jerrys in the past and they seemed ok, but now 5 or 6 years later I guess things have changed. Another shop had told me it was a bent shaft on my push mower, a 2 year old John Deere push mower with a Briggs and Stratton engine(the most common of engines on mowers, and easy to find parts for). I dropped my mower off on Monday May 1, 2012 at roughly 10:30 am. I was told that they would call me with an estimate. On Thursday May 3 I called at 11:00 am, as I had not received an estimate yet. I talked to Angie who told me that they were 2 weeks behind, I was not told this the day I dropped the mower off. I then asked if that meant my mower would take another 2 weeks to repair and she said yes! I advised Angie that I would come pick up my mower. I advised Angie I would come get the mower. When I arrived at 9am Friday, I go inside and I get attitude from Steve Craig, the owner? With other customers right there being waited on, Steve refers to me as the guy that doesnt want his mower fixed. I couldnt believe it. Really Steve, in these economic times? I repeated this story in front of the other customers, and again....Steve then lies and said I was never told any of this....SHAME ON YOU STEVE!You wear a large Cross around your neck Steve! Millions of GOOD men and woman have died in the name of that Cross and you behave like this while displaying it for your customers to see, like we are to believe you are a good man?BTW: Steve was arguing with another customer about a chain saw blade that Steve said had been sharpened but the customer could tell it had not been! The day I dropped off the mower, Steve had to tell yet another customer that HIS mower was not done because they were short on help, no phone call to the customer at all!!!

Theyre the last ones to work on our riding mower a year ago. The man we called to sharpen and balance the blades this time cant get them off at all. Jerrys used a torque wrench to put them on!! Theyll have to be cut off now and the bolt mechanism replaced. May as well buy a new mower!!! NOT RECOMMENDED

Bad Bad Bad - dropped off my pressure washer and gas trimmer this spring. Guy told me 14 to 17 days . 7 weeks and 3 phone calls later got a call and was told I could pick them up. Supposed repair was to rebuilt the carburetor on both items.Used the pressure washer once wuth no problem. second time the egine siezed up and is now useless. Trimmer worked for two weeks and is now in the same state it was when I dropped it off. Use these people at your own risk....
