Im an RN & this was one of the worst experiences of my life. I came to be admitted for ED after speaking to Jenn HOPE intake coord. I ended up spending the night in ER with HOPE PA saying Im an immed. danger to myself. HOPE drs. nurses kept saying Were finding placement While One-on-one RN observing me bec. frustrated& blurted they havent had an ED unit in yrs! I wrote letter to Dr. Johnson from HOPE who spent 3 min.w/ me stated there are no ED units w/i 250 miles. I mentioned one in Asheville. Over night I went from paper scrubs & immed danger to Discharge 10 min. after he read my letter. So much left out. Atty can fight again.
