They are amazing. That’s all I can say

I just got off the phone with them and I dont have a insurance card for myself yet but I was told to go to my corporate office to get it,and I explained that I live in Hendersonville TN and my corporate office is in South Carolina and Im not driving there for an insurance card and I need help now. Apparently she wasnt listening to me and I hung up and she continued to call me back trying to explain to me over and over the same thing each time.When she called the last time as I was leaving this review she said that they dont accept the type of insurance I have,she said that she didnt understand why we were having trouble with the call being disconnected and I told her that I kept hanging up on her because she was not listening to me and she continued to say that she was trying to explain it to me but the phone kept disconnected, when will she start listening?

I have been taking my kids to Cumberland Mental Health for many years now. The staff is very polite & professional at all times. The therapist have helped us tremendously over the years. I thank them for all they have done & would recommend to anyone!!

The people and theropist are wonderful and very helpful.
