They installed my dish in my yard and didnt bury the cable so now its going to get caught up in my mower and refused to put my inside box where I wanted it and just punched a hole through my wall with out any filler around the cable now I have an air leak in my wall I have to fix and threw everything in the floor with cables laying everywhere to be walked on or tripped over. Very poor job I would not recommend them for anything else.

I tried working for that company. It’s 55 dollars a install, they schedule jobs a hour apart from each other. If your not doing 3-5 installs a day. You want make no money. You have to fill out your own payroll, you could get a charge back which is not getting paid for a job you did an you want know it.I’ve started sinking because I wasn’t pulling so many jobs. Everyone sub contracts threw these guys. The only way to make some real money. The paying is very poor. They will make it seem like it’s not.

This is a great place to work. Our management is very supportive and does everything possible to promote a friendly and family oriented workplace.

Product never worked, they tried to fix it, could never connect with iPhone or WiFi. Barely connected at times with PC, never when I really needed to connect. Called them a dozen times, they told me it wasn’t set up right but didn’t fix it. And billed me anyway & refused to honor cancellation requests.

The blonde sales lady can sell you anything. Shes super nice and so is the manager lady that is in the back. I asked for service information and they never treated me any different after I ended up going with another company. Its their customer service that truly make a difference in this rating. I cant say the same about the owner however.

CALL THEM IF YOU ARE TOLD YOU CANT GET SERVICE IN UPSTATE S.C. We just moved into our retirment home in the mountains and were frustrated to learn that ATT/DirectTV/DISH could not give us service because of tree/mountain obstruction. Its confusing trying to figure out the subcontractor relationships but apparently all contractors and all companies that provide these services are not equal. After having four techs come out and each one saying sorry, no signal, we drove by a sign on the side of the road and called. It was A&S. Vanessa was like a dream come true, a person who was knowledgeable, professional but caring and acted concerned that we very senior citizens were in a dilemma, not wanting to learn about firesticks, hotspots and the like. Their techs came out in two days and installed Direct TV and internet/phone through Hughes.net. Yes, they had to work hard by first finding the signal and then digging a trench for the cable, but they did what they had to do. What apparently happened is our first four were being lazy and knew they could just keep going to the next easy installaion with no digging. Anyway, from start to finish, best encounter ever. CALL THEM NOW!!!!

I have been wanting direct tv for a while since cable prices have went up and they offer more HDTV than cable. I gave my husband a Plasma tv for his birthday and called Americas Satellites. They came right out and installed it and made sure we got all our channels and even local channels. I am happy that now I can watch TV in peace while my family can enjoy more channels.
