**Edit** Despite having a less than satisfactory clean, the steps taken to remedy the issue by customer service were top notch. Because of timing, I could not accept a re-clean. I was instead given a discount for items that did not meet the standard and greatly appreciate the effort made to make things better.**I hired this service to clean an empty 700 square foot 1BR/1 BA apartment in Nashville and was very disappointed with the clean. I will preface this by saying that I dont usually hire maid services, so I might have had too high of expectations.I hired the service to: 1. Save time in my move-out process, and 2. to do a better job than I would do myself, especially since our security deposit is contingent on the condition of the apartment. Neither point was necessarily hit. When I came back to clean the oven, which the service couldnt clean because it was gas, there were multiple things that I had to finish cleaning.There was still visible gunk on the floor in three different places that I had to wash and scrub off, the grout in the bathroom was still dark from mold (when I clean the bathtub myself, I am able to get rid of the mold), the baseboards were still so dirty, that if I took a wet paper towel to them, it would come back a dark grey color, there were still crumbs and dust on the floors perimeter, and there was still gunk lining the removable glass shelves in the fridge.I am frustrated that I payed money for a job that I wouldve done much better myself. If I were a new renter, I would not be satisfied with the condition of the apartment during move-in. I will admit that I was 10 minutes late to let the maid in and I take responsibility for dropping the ball there.I appreciated the communication on the gas stove mishap and give benefit of the doubt for the fact that it could not be cleaned because it is highly unconventional for an apartment complex to have gas ovens. However, considering the fact that it was a completely empty apartment with not much to clean to begin with, I am highly unsatisfied with the job that was done.I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because every communication from the customer service crew was great. Unfortunately that is not the meat of the service.

Kyndall is always on time for our regularly scheduled house clean and works around whatever we have going on that day. We work from home these days, and she modifies when Im Zooming or my husband is Zooming or the kids are Zooming ... or sometimes all of us! I like her flexibility and her kind attitude, as well as getting the job done well and on time.

I have been using Maidpro for over a year now and they always do a fantastic job. Samantha Russell in particular is such a pleasure to work with! She is always prompt, thorough and consistent. Highly recommend!

Our ladies, Tina and Naiara, did such a wonderful job cleaning our home. They took their time by not skimping on the details but yet worked very efficiently and thoroughly. As they were cleaning, they made sure to ask me if there were doing it to my liking and honored any special requests (I had them use some of my own cleaning products in some rooms). They were friendly and had such a positive attitude. Because Im a working mother, I really appreciated their help with doing such a great job cleaning our home.

Ive had my house cleaned twice by this company. The first time was the initial cleaning and most everything was done to an acceptable level with one exception. The office area was not dusted very well. I understand the hesitation to move stuff but dusting around the equipment should still be done. The second cleaning, I checked the cleaning of the bath tub and found a lot of scum or cleaning residue on the tub. The cleaning team was still in the house and I brought it to their attention. They did take care of the issue. However, I dont feel like I should go behind the to make sure they are doing their job. Also, later the day of the second cleaning (today) As I was in the master bath and as I normally do, I ran my hand along the counter top and it appears the countertop was not cleaned at all. I will try to upload a picture of the dust on the countertop after the cleaning today. So far Im not completely satisfied with this company.
