She was okay over all. She was supposed to do the house cleaning a week earlier but the day of, told me she was actually coming next week.So I had to move my schedule around to be there for the day she was cleaning. She also have me several different conflicting quotes which was confusing. And she missed several things on her own check list that she said came included with the cleaning. Overall the house did look pretty good once she was done but I was not very happy with all of the misunderstandings. Seemed like it was a struggle for her to remember anything she said she would do. I don’t think I would use them again.

Found Itzys on a “near me” google search and loved the reviews. And WOW! They did not disappoint. My husband and I work and the one day we have at home together we usually spend tag team cleaning the house and we decided we no longer wanted to do that so we found itzys and I could not be happier with the service they provided!!!! Literally cannot say enough good things. They make sense of our chaotic home, and I am forever grateful! The house always looks and smells great, and they take time to organize as well as clean which is such a blessing for working parents. The owner has personally come out at no charge when she learned one of the cleaners forgot to do something (I think maybe wipe down the mirrors?)
