My root canal was quick and almost painless. The staff is friendly, professional and sometimes entertaining. I have had a root canal before and it was no cake walk. This time around was probably the best experience I’ve had with any type of dental appointment in my life!

Sheats Endodontic was the best and most relaxing dental facility I ever been to! Dr. Mathis and her dental assistants are amazing! Everyone greeted me with a smile. It was a refreshing experience in the midst of a pandemic. They kept me calm, and informed throughout my root canal. The dental office was clean and sanitized inside and out. I felt like each individual genuinely cared about my comfortability, teeth, safety, and pain level. These women are awesome and will take good care of you!

Everyone here is professional. The office is nice and clean. My appointment was kept promptly. Dr. Sheats spent time with me in a thorough exam and explained everything clearly. During the procedure she took good care of me, as well as my follow-up appointments. I would recommend her. Yes, you do have to pay your share of the cost up front.

I’ve been seen at the Hendersonville location twice. I chose to go back because the service was professional, the root canal was fast and they were able to numb me with no complications. I’d definitely recommend.

I wish I had checked the reviews first. This place is HORRIBLE. They left a hole in my 14 year old daughter’s tooth and then refused to complete the service upon our return visit because she was so upset from the first visit. My child has NEVER been afraid or scared at the dentist until our first visit here for a trauma to her tooth. She had tremendous pain and when she tried to tell them they secured her wrists where she couldn’t move. I have never been to a more unprofessional or rude doctor in my life.
