The price sure has gone up. We paid $14.95 for my daughter and I. Our bill was $36 with two drinks. The salad was fresh. I was disappointed with the freshness of the hot food. The desserts were not looking so good either. Overall it was a disappointment and over priced.

Cheerful, kind wait staff and servers. Went with a friend after having her husbands memorial.The food was very good. We were able to eat at the close of the day, but everyone was very friendly.

I have always enjoyed eating here. It was horrible today. They have changed their cut of meat could not even cut it with a steak knife it was full of gristle and fat never had such a bad piece of meat ever.! My husband says theres no way we are ever going back.

The front drink station was not working but our drinks were filled by the waitress in our section. The food was on the buffet was well stocked and the counters where clean. The food was good. The only issue was the tables were not 6 feet apart and the customers sitting behind us hit my chair several times.

Subpar food....asked for med rare piece of steak....ummm why well done....just not worth the money

Overall ok food . Heres a tip for when you come here do not use their quarter machines. Machine took 75 cents and did not give me a single thing. When I told the staff they said it wasnt their problem and they couldnt help us. Wont make the mistake of spending my quarters there ever again.

Went for breakfast right when they were changing to lunch so got the best of both. Except for there was no bacon to be seen for breakfast!! Plenty of sausage options but wheres the bacon??

My family and I went to Golden Corral for our weekly catch up Sunday dinner. We were there on May 23, 2021 around 7:30 ( a hour and a half before they closed) the waitress and the food were great but the man working the grill was extremely rude! He got mad and was rude to multiple people including myself because people wanted steak! It wasnt like it was 5 min before closing it was a hour and a half before closing and he got mad about doing his job! On the bright side the manager that I talked to was very nice and pleasant but the rude grill cook really put a damper on my night

Visiting from Upstate, SC came by to treat my dad to a birthday dinner..food was great. The fried chicken was cooked to perfection as well as the mashed potatoes and gravy. #OnPoint I really liked them having a stationary set up with gloves to serve your food so your not spreading any germs around and it keeps you safe. I would definitely visit this place again if im ever in the mountains.

Food was good . Very busy place. Parents need to keep children & not let run up.to food bar. Was able to tell our waitress about kids touching foods on dessert section so could take off before others got it. This happened twice while eating & they finally told that family to take care of their kids. Appreciated them doing that but they had plenty to do already. We enjoy eating there especially since ours in Knoxville closed

Food is pretty good. Staff is friendly and service is good. I wish they were open a little later than 8. When we get there for dinner at 7 they are already prepping to close down the buffet to some degree. We always eat plenty but it would be nice if they were open until 9 or at least kept replenishing the bar fully up until 8 so that everything is hot and fresh for the patrons who dont eat dinner as early.

Food is okay. Its NOT good enough for the $20 per person for an adult with a soda price. Its frustrating to need your server to bring you silverware, because if they arent paying attention you have to go hunt them down like I did. Otherwise, its a Golden Corral. The staff are nice.

The staff is always fun energy and the food is always good! Today the vegetables were greasy for some reason but that is not a usual thing for this establishment. Family friendly environment and something for everyone.

Was at the GC in Hendersonville, NC for late lunch early dinner. The staffs friendly, dining area clean & food was delicious! I wasnt expecting anything, other than buffet type food... The steak won me over, 100% plesently surprised! When the male Manager stopped by the table to see how our experience was, I chose to brag on the steak & asked what seasonings they use? He then explained how they marinate & use a dry rub ... Then he went above & beyond by going into the kitchen, made a small cup with the dry rub they use on steaks & brought it to me at my table! For me to try at home! A very good experience felt at home & comfortable! Thanks to the staff, managers, cooks, servers, cashier!

Quality of food has improved noticably, and price is still very reasonable for what you get.

The food was good but the guy that was running the salad bar got mad when I asked for more boiled eggs. He then dumped the eggs in the container on the bar and got some on the counter. He then picked that up with his hands and put it in the container. Needless to say I didnt get the boiled eggs.

Food was so good an fresh nothing needed salt or pepper its was good like it was made better than the one in my hometown I dont eat there food is horrible everything 👌😊 I live 3hrs 50min an would drive to always eat here Im telling everyone how awesome the food is Everything... Not good.apparently a lot of local old people like it though..i spent 20 years in food processong facilities .i know soy fillers when i eat it.lots of cheap fillers and low quality food.service stinks too.we always upsize to to go cups and barely got a refill.

Much of the meal, in my opinion was not up to par. The steak was awful...full of fat and gristle. My attempt at trying to eat the steak ended in failure. Please, review the grade & type of product you are serving.

Love that they brought back catfish Friday. Food selection is good. Friendly, clean, and attentive staff. The only negative is some of the food is greasy when u reach the bottom, or once you get back to your seat the broccoli and cauliflower are cool. The dessert selection has gone down since covid. As far as covid restrictions, you must wear a plastic glove each time you get a plate. But they are not closing tables for distancing. But it looks like they did remove some tables. They also close at 8pm, and they Do Not serve breakfast right now. The variety of food you get for the price is great.

Taking great precautions to make sure people enjoy a meal. Hand sanitizer as well as disposable glove stations throughout the buffet. You are required to wear a mask at all times unless you are sitting down at your table and eating. Food was excellent. Staff is very attentive. And all tables and chairs are sanitized after each customer. (Seen with my own eyes)

Its been a few years since Ive been to golden corral in my last time I was in yalls restaurant or in somewhere else you know the food was warm I mean hot and delicious and people that was behind the counter where the food was was very respectful and helpful now for yalls restaurant they didnt talk to us or acknowledge us or ask them we need any help about anything or nothing. But yes I will come back hopefully the next time I do it would be better but I would love to have that waitress too. Thank you yall have a wonderful day

Golden corral is the perfect option if everyone wants something different. The salad bar offers everything you could want. The tea was really good and all of the food was fresh.

You CANNOT go wrong with an all you can eat Fish Fry and Steak buffet, especially when there is the presence of a Rick Flair impersonator in your midst, the food could be absolutely garbage (which it wasnt) and Id go back just out of hopes of hearing a loud robust WHOO!!! from the salad bar. Highly recommend!

The food was very good and fresh, and the server we had named Eric was very friendly and nice. He also was very attentive to our table and made sure we had everything that we needed! The only complaint that I have for this Golden Corral is that no one was checking temperatures at the door for all the guests coming in. Which is part of Golden Corrals policy to do during this covid 19. This location is a corporate Golden Corral, so they should be checking temperatures at the door since they have instructed all of their Golden corrals to do so.

COVID protocols were excellent, mask wearing and gloves provided each time you go up to the buffet. Crowd controlled, tables spaced at 6 feet or more, splash guards around food. Felt safe and as always, food was awesome!

I wish I could give the Golden Corral on 2530 Chimney Rock Rd in Hendersonville NC more than 5 stars!. That Golden Corral is about 25+ miles away from Asheville NC where I live. But well worth the trip!.We are in the middle of the COVID-19 Coronavirus Pandemic. But the people at Golden Corral have set up a great system for people to have a fine buffet dining experience!. Ive actually gone with my four young children twice within this past week!.I would highly recommend Golden Corral to everyone I know who are planning to eat out!.Im going to try, and convince all of the members of my church: Hope City Fellowship of Asheville NC, Pastor Jazzion Cathcart; to all dine out at Golden Corral in the coming days, and weeks!!!!.

We came around 6 normally when my family eats dinner and the dessert bar was practically gone nothing bug left over and there were 3 rolls burnt...on the plus side the grill was good chef knew what he was doing
