Decent little course for the money. Definitely a value. The staff is friendly and they dont have a bunch of stuffy rules like you have to wear a tucked in shirt. The course is in good shape though the sand traps could actually use some sand in them and the cart path is a bit rough in places. There are a few tee boxes and greens that need stairs to and from.The clubhouse could have a few more options for the purchase of clubs, shirts, shoes, and balls and the grill menu has room for improvement but all in all you cant beat this place for the price. If you want to play often without breaking the bank Country Hills is your place.

We enjoyed our round of golf. It’s a little hilly in places, green were good, bathrooms were good. It’s the the top of the line course, but it’ll do. All in all I’d be back.

Nice public course and great price for somewhere not too far outside of Nashville. It is in good enough shape to have an enjoyable round and has some fun and challenging holes. Staff was very friendly. If you’re looking for a laid back place that isn’t too fancy, this is the place to go.

Overall it’s an ok course for your money, however the greens are terrible and inconsistent and the bunkers have drain pipes showing and water in thin along with rocks. If you play here fir a tournament i would recommend not going and telling your coach you can’t make it because of how inconsistent it is. However the course is beautiful but if your looking for a competing course this is not it.Also i would like to say that they have a very nice driving range for working on your game and a very nice putting green and the course is in about a 6/10 condition as of now.

Very scenic. Course features rolling hills, and testy, undulating greens. Lots of wildlife including Deer, Great Blue Heron and Turtles galore! A fair test of golf. Always in great shape, with a friendly attentive staff, I can highly recommend it. Great golf experience.

Around the greens are in bad condition the staff besides rusty are not friendly the only good thing about this course is the tee box’s are ok

We rented out the space for a party and it was incredible! The room was beautiful, and the staff (Brad, Rusty, and John) were all so helpful and accommodating. They gave it to us for such a small fee and let us show up very early in the day to decorate, and then they helped us clean up for no additional fee. Thanks again, guys!

What a fun course! The layout isn’t perfect, but It challenges you to use your entire bag for shots. Rusty in the pro shop is a legend! I love this course in the fall. Kind of reminds me of Pennsylvania growing up!

Great place for gatherings and a round of golf.

Awesome course, awesome price! Challenging enough to be interesting, but not so difficult that a mid/high handicap player cant have a blast. Greens, fairways and rough are in excellent shape. Bring your buddies, this place is worth the drive from Nashville!

Great scenery and challenging golf course. Tee boxes positioned for all handicaps. Very well managed for a municipal golf course. Affordable pricing for all age groups. Excellent banquet room facilities and well stocked pro shop.

Country Hills is a nice course. Not for the beginner. Fairways are a little narrow, but beautiful scenery. I would and will recommend playing here.

This is a very interesting and fun course to play. No two holes are the same and the overall course design is excellent. The course itself is in very good condition, no complaints by me. Im glad I discovered it and will add it to my regular rotation. A word of caution, dont come expecting to play a flat, straight course.

Great neighborhood golf course. Well maintained and the hills make it challenging. Prices are spot on and the staff are great. Nothing fancy here, but who needs fancy...its golf.

The course is in excellent shape. They have a promotion where you play 4 rounds- get the 5th free. The course is hilly and challenging but well worth the money. Pro shop guys very accomodating.John Barnes

This has been my home golf course for many years now. I play country hills because it is a great course for the price. The staff has always been helpful and extremely professional. Overall great course and even better staff.

Great staff, decent greens and fair price for a bucket of balls. Decent public course. The only problem is the back nine is on the side of a mountain hahaha. So... jeep it straight and youll be alright

Its really a great layout with very difficult greens. The staff is really friendly. And the prices cant be beat. Only problem is they need to work on their maintenance a little bit the rough is full of clover and if youre even 2 or 3 ft off the Fairway it takes two guys at least 10 minutes to find a ball.

Went here last fall with 3 other people. Hit some balls off the driving range first. Then went inside to pay to play and we were all told to get lost and we could play down at Long Hollow but we werent playing there. I was very shocked at first and said what? There was only one guy in the club house and he responded You heard me! Oddest thing Ive ever experienced at a course. We all just stood there for a second confused and then turned around and went to Long Hollow. Had never been treated so rudely for no reason. None of us will ever go back there and I tell everyone I know who plays to avoid it as well. Strange experience. They need to fire whoever that guy is. Bad business

Really good Pro Shop courses in nice shape and very affordable awesome Pro and their rental equipment is over the top definitely someplace I would play at least once a week

Great little local course. Dont expect a PGA course and facility. If you are looking for a quick, inexpensive local course to play on this is the top course in the area. Oh, and the name tells you about the course play. This is my top choice for a quick weekend round.

Great place and nice people

If it wasnt for the golf course being great, itd get one star. I golf here often, treated with nothing but respect and friendliness by an older gentleman in the pro shop. The other guy in there is always quite short and rude. Also, he just tried to get me to pay full price for a round when I was just there yesterday and was told prices were slashed because of aeration. If it wasnt for that guy, this place would be 5 stars and Id be a member.
