Laura Marie is the best agent hands down! When my husband and I made the switch to Laura Marie from another State Farm office I was blown out of the water with her knowledge. Her response time to my questions has always been way above my exceptions, and I personally have learned so much about our home and auto coverages, my first conversation with Laura was a great learning experience and left me feeling very confident. Laura even has us covered better than we had with our previous agent, and we have saved money doing so! When my car window was shattered at work by something thrown from a weed eater, I called my insurance agent. Diane Brown was so kind and helpful! She recommended a glass shop (Tri State Auto Glass....HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!) and advised me on how to proceed so this wouldn’t come out of my policy. Diane called back the next day to check on me, and was genuinely interested in making sure I was okay. This is one of the main reasons I love having a local agent! You just don’t get this kind of personal care online. 🤗

Our family has been insured with State Farm in Florida and North Carolina since the late 1970s. Our home in Hendersonville was struck by lightening three years ago. This agency did not give good customer service. They told me that I’d have to wait two weeks before I could speak with an agent about reducing my homeowners insurance. I used to be in the business and that’s unacceptable protocol. Did not speak with Ms Stroud but assume the indifferent customer service is allowed.

Have had insurance with this company for 20 years. The one and only time I try to use my coverage, everyone acts like they never filed a claim before. Receive false information from several different people about my claim. They just totally dropped the ball all the way around. I would highly recommend to go somewhere else for your insurance needs.
