I was involved in a wreck that was caused by someone else. I am a customer of Liberty Mutual. The insurance of the responsible party of the wreck excepted liability and was amazing to work with. Liberty mutual was a nightmare and added much more stress to the process of dealing with the situation. They treated me as though the wreck was my fault, were impossible to get a hold of and caused delays in retrieving my car. This delayed repair and therefore extended our need for a rental car which I then needed to partially pay out of pocket. They were not only not helpful, but rude and caused more stress than the wreck itself. I would absolutely not recommend them. Great commercials, but perhaps that money would be more wisely invested in customer service.

Had a quote for a policy for one day and they refused to refund anything. Absolutely nothing. Will be taking the rest of our vehicles off of their policies with Liberty Mutual.

The steak was terrible, it was very chewy. And the smell was bad, we asked if the steak was bad, but we didnt eat much of it. And the prices are way to high, I mean 45.00 for a steak we couldnt eat. Nice View. @[email protected]

As a first time home buyers and lender of two vehicles this has been the worst experience I have ever had with an insurance company . These guys are non existent . They will never answer your call or talk to you even in a life crisis or emergency . DO NOT WORK with this branch, Liberty Mutual as a company appears to have it together but the guys at the Helsman Insurace in Hendersonville are the absolute worst, unprofessional and they do not give rip at ALL !!! You will be sorry you went with this Helman’s agency in Hendersonville . I wish I could do no stars but google won’t let me .

Terrible pricing policy. Ive been with Liberty Mutual for years. My auto policy has no claims and no negative marks yet as my vehicle gets older the premium gets higher. Its a minivan! The man I spoke with in trying to figure it out said very sharply that its what their computer system pulls up for my vehicle and they are very competitive. Ive called around and the other high ranked insurance companies beat it by $80 a month! I about fell out. My homeowners portion is also being beaten by over $100 a month and thats within the, multiple policy bundle. Shop around. Youll be glad you did.

SO THEY SAY THERES NOTHING GREATER, THEN GREAT INSURANCE, SPECIALLY WHEN U NEED IT...

We had a water leak hidden in our walls that even THEIR leak detection company couldn’t find, This leak affected the floors in 4 rooms. But since it “appears” to have been going on longer than 14 days they won’t cover a single penny of the damages. Let me just state this again. The water leak was hidden and even their leak detection company couldn’t find it.
