I have used Allstate for my car insurance for years and recently joined the Allstate Motorclub at the recommendation of Joyce. When it finally came time that I needed roadside assistance, Joyce and the Elaine Payne Allstate team went above and beyond assisting me in getting my son and two dogs home safely. Not only was my vehicle taken care of but we were safely transported over two hours back to our home after being stranded on the side of the road. The only reason why I gave it 4 stars and not 5 stars. I just recently found out this year my car insurance went up in price and the only reason why because Allstate said my truck is getting older and its harder to find parts for my vehicle thats why my car insurance went up. Ive had no accidents and I have filed no claims. I guess in any given time they can pull this card out and go up on your car insurance because theyve had no reason to go up so they found one thats in the policy that they can do. Thats what we do to loyal customers insurance companies have so much written in their policies it would take a week to read through but you have no choice As Americans because by law you got to have insurance. So insurance companies can write whatever they want these policies and whenever its time to pull that card out they will thats what I feel like happened to me I mean whos ever heard a car insurance going up because your vehicles too old. Well lets see whats going to happen next year because my vehicle keeps getting older I dont want a car note I like a paid for vehicle so you get punished for having an older vehicle is that make a lot of sense.

Only reason they get one star is because you cannot get less then that. Do yourself a favor and really really steer clear of this agent in particular. I learned a very valuable (-$5000) lesson because they fail to call back and handle business as they should. When you depend on them the most they are all of the sudden MIA and it cost me dearly.You would like to think that you are in good hands but will soon find out that those hands have no fingers and drop the ball at every turn...I cannot stress enough..... DO SOME RESEARCH AND LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!
