Run while you can!Sean Evenden still owes me >$2700 a year after Ive moved out of his property. He blames the fact that i never received my security deposit back (plus reimbursement for all the repairs i accomplished) on the owners of the house. Whether this is true or not, he is untrustable and unwilling to stand up for you as a tenant making him a bad choice for a property manger.Consider renting elsewhere if you see his name or life realty on any properties.

Nice office in a great location. Didnt have any issues with parking. Office is located on the second floor above Shake Shack. Office staff and agents are helpful and can get your questions answered. Would definitely recommend this place!

Horrible people. Dishonest and unethical, not to mention unethical. Someone should do a class action lawsuit. It seems a sport to screw people over where they are from. In the US it shows low life consciousness, incopetence and greed Unless you are a crook and intend to not pay rent do NOT sign any leases here. They will screw you over. If you are an honest on time paying tenant -run!

I would give this company a zero star rating. Please be careful of this company especially Sean Evenden. This company (especially Sean) will charge you with faulty claims and try to take your money. During walk through Sean will act as if he is super relaxed and wont write down any problems with the house, because he understands that it is old and worn down. However when you move he will charge you with problems that have been there since WAY before you moved in. If your thinking about using Life Realty, please reconsider and save yourself.

I am giving this group a zero rating, even though I have to choose a star. From start to finish, we had issues. Sean Evenden is extremely hard to get ahold of. We had paid our deposit and prorated rent on a Friday morning and were looking forward to moving into the house that afternoon, but he was too concerned with going golfing than taking care of his tenants. He acts as though the walk through is cake, points out issues with the house and goes on. We received personal orders to move, with all proper documentation, he never took it from my husband when we left, then was upset that we never turned in the right paperwork. He refused to take it from my husband, not our fault. We never got an itemized list with pictures of any damages, because we had not damaged anything, however our deposit was more than half gone of what we were due back. Jessica Johnson, his property manager, skirts phone calls, takes forever to return any phone calls or emails. Worst realty group/property management group we have ever dealt with in the decade we have been moving around. I would NOT recommend this group at all.

Wow! Lorena Altig is a rockstar Realtor! She was on the ball through the whole process and is a true professional. When a major repair issue came up during the home inspection, she took charge making sure things were not only done, but done right. She coordinated with contractors, insurance adjusters, inspectors, and even the neighbors. Everyone involved knew that with Lorena handling things, we were in good hands. There so cheap on there drink policy. You go in spend 100 dollars in twenty minutes you ask for a second drink and they WONT do it. It isa resonable request. They treat you like you have a drinking problem. Most people go out and spend their money yo enjoy themselves. Not be told no like you a child.

UGH! Tried contacting Roger in regards to one of his listings.... No joy after several days, and several attempts. Contacted Life Realty to get more information on the place, and unfortunately Sandy answered me. Haha! Pretty rude individual. Glad it didnt work out with the house. :-)

Id give 0 stars if I could. Fellow military members...stay FAR away. Sean, one of the owners, takes advantage of military members. He wouldnt acknowledge the laws regarding service members in the lease, like letting me out of the lease when I got orders. He also kept a large portion of my security deposit to repaint the garage because a new potential tenant wanted it repainted, not because it was damaged. He never said anything, just sent a receipt for painters, knowing I was cross country and could do little about it. He is also one of the most disrespectful individuals that I have ever met. He doesnt return phone calls or emails if you need something with the property and lies about what he is going to fix.

Sean Evenden, has helped us buy and sell both investment properties and our main residence. He also was able to help us find and screen renters for our properties. Sean went out of his way to help complete our short sale. Over the course of 18 months he put in a lot of extra time and effort. Each time we lost a buyer (because of the morgage holder delays) Sean was able to find another buyer which finally paid off. Sean was always on top of things saving us a lot of headaches. We could not have done it without him

Horrible horrible experience with The broker Shawn. After not having the best experience with one of his agents he continued to hold my house as hostage and would not let out my contract and told me that I would not be able to put it on the market. He has the guts to hang up on my wife while on the phone with him and when we call him back denies that he did. He crossed a line that shouldnt of been crossed as a professional. I would never want a person like this to represent/sell my house like SHAWN!!! Life Realty is a joke!!!! This scum makes me not trust this company again . I will never do any type of business with this broker again . Make sure to review all paper work before signing with any broker .
