This is my second time using alex buys vegas houses. Both times I had homes that were in desperate need of repairs that I just couldnt afford. They made me good offers, based on repairs needed. Everything was done with minimal effort on my part. Both times I basically just showed up at closing to get a check! I would definitely recommend alex buys vegas houses.

Well, I guess Im gonna be the one bad review on here. Alex had agreed to buy my home and signed the paperwork, but backed out about 10 days later. I had already secured another place to live and lost my application fee because of this. I was really disappointed that his team did not reimburse me for that from the earnest money deposit (It was only $50). My best advice to anyone who deals with these guys is to agree to vacate a couple of weeks or more AFTER the closing date to make sure they dont back out and leave you high and dry. You might get screwed otherwise, like me.

A+ Experience!In October of 2016 I had to travel to My home town of Las Vegas, NV from Kansas (where I have been raising My Children the last 17 yrs), for a Family Emergency.
