Cox cable had gone down hill since covid19 started they had me re-Sign and I was promised Starz for free I went there today and they said that if I wanted the (HBO) channels from 200-213 I would have to pay for each channel then when I asked for the wireless cable boxes they said they are 50$ for each box and another 50$ for the router on top of paying 219$Every month for only basic channels and no move channels I recommend either going with dish or Direct TV they have special and wave fees and dont over charge for there services dont go to Cox Communication on marks and sunset they were so disrespectful and my parents have been with them longer than anyone has been alive

Had visited this Cox store location to pick up a couple of mini boxes. At a glance inside not only was it clean but busy. After noticing the electronic sign in and entering the purpose of my visit found a nearby seat.I had overhead as the next to come in the sales associates told them the same thing that I had.Dont think it was maybe more than 3 minutes (store was a bit busy) that my name was called next. Nor do I think was more than 3 afterwards for them to get the boxes and explain the cost for the two mini boxes.Have to say in all pleased with their cleanliness and professionalism.
Was in and out in 5 minutes. Probably the best Cox location to go to for all of your cable needs. There very fast and efficient.
Rudy is the best others are ok but the location is so lovely you kinda want to hangout or move in fast friendly service I had a not so great experience 1 time but that was the 1 time I worked with someone who shall remain nameless 🌫 but now I know for sure if Rudy is there everything gets done the way I want with a smile and a cute face 🤩

A simple trip to the cable store to switch out a remote control, lol. 7 employees in the store 2 of the 7 never helped 1 customer. 3 of the employees helped 1 customer each, 2 employees helped 3 customers. In total 35 minutes to help 9 customers? I am not trying to be a negative Nancy but with stats like that is it any wonder why I pay $263.00 a month for cable and internet? And I thought a monopoly was against the law.
Deena was amazing! Aside from the excellent customer service, I happened to leave my wallet behind. She saved it for me and everything was intact when I returned to the store! So much care and consideration! Tyler and Teddy helped me big time during my transaction. Ask from any of them and your experience will be great.
My visit was so quick and easy. But the purpose of my visit was to schedule a cancellation of services due to relocation.When you walk in it seems like it’s crowded and discouraging. You think you might be there for a while. But with all the people in there. My whole time was ten minutes. They are actually quick and efficient.Super clean office and smells nice. That’s when you know they really take care of atmosphere for customers and employees.
I was in the store yesterday to update my modem. The person who took my order was Christen. After the transaction was done he came around the counter to show me how to set up. Doing this he began rubbing his arm on my breast the whole time. It made me uneasy and I stepped back. He does not need to be around that counter next to me! Totally uncalled for! After I left he came to my car to give me the receipt he forgot to give and again rubbed up against my right breast. Then he gave me his card and asked me to email him. This is the last thing I needed to deal with that day. Hes creepy. He needs to go

Yesterday went to Cox on Marks Street in Henderson, Nv. I have to give a thumbs up to Tiara Dupree for excellent Customer Service to not knowing the ends and outs of trying to set up internet and Tv service. She explain how that had to be discuss and made sure I was ok with it and set up a installation time that was to help me but my Friend who was suppose to home with while installation cause I am Disabled with A Amputee arm cause I have a small Dog so I hurried in to Cox today to rescheduled for another day that would help me and my Friend for a later Time which was amazing. I didnt get her name today but I Thank her for her amazing Customer Service also cause I was on my way to 500 Southern Nevada Bowling Tournament at Sams Town. I did very well Bowl a 620 Scratch and she told me Good Luck Today. You at Cox Cable on Marks Street in Henderson, Nv are very Amazing on your Staff being Very Customer Service Orientated. Not too happy with internet service Im paying for 500 mgb but Im getting between 30 to 40 mgb 80% of the timeTechs have come out I rented their panoramic modem but the result is the same and I hear nothing but excuses .The safest part is that there is no other service provider to go to .Monopoly at its best and they are expensive.Cox I would divorce you yesterday if I had a choice.
The only reason COX is getting 5 stars is because John in Columbia helped me get my internet connected. I was hung up on 3 times by Cox employees and John was the only employee who took time to help. It’s been 2 weeks on the phone with no help until tonight. 5 stars is subject to change and not even deserved except for the help I received from John.

These two individuals gave me the worst experience of my life, they refused to listen to what I was saying and even refused to give me explanations, even when I had proof of what Cox support had told me hours before I came to return things. They were rude and ignored me as well. I dont know how cox allows people like that to represent them.

Easily accessible venue with plenty of free parking. The store is laid out well with plenty of visibility and lots of space between work stations. I found the agents to be most helpful and friendly. A bit noisy when busy but all in all it great place to conduct business.

My Husband and I went to pick up our set-up kit for our internet and we weren’t greeted upon walk-in. We were standing there awkwardly until a lady (I forgot her name) had helped us 2 minutes later. She looked nice and she answered all of our questions but she had an attitude, (which is not nice!) I just wish I was actually involved as there can only be one person per window...they have nice couches though.

This has been the worst experience in my life I relocated from Michigan to Nevada to work from home. I placed an order for ser ice 10/16 I moved in 11/4 and the modem in the apart was registered to a non pay account. The apt number was not associated to the order so when I went to activate it to start work 🙃 No Service. I called for 6 hours could not get a answer accept Sales can fix this for you call them in the morning. It took 6 reps and finally a Supervisor to get me to Sales. Call Sales the next morning before work. Looks like the previous tenant didnt pay I went to the Cox store to show my lease 🙃 they say Okay your all set go home reset the modem and connect. Went home reset the router/modem nothing Call tech support a supervisor stated I need another router So I went back to the Cox store for the router Get home call tech support. They cannot connect this router its a fiber router gotta transfer me to Fiber. Been on Hold for 30 mins still no service no fiber rep no work no home school. Do my needs matter to Cox no
Is unbelievable the company hasnt horrible service cause the lines on the Street is old they charges to many money in your Bill plus when you complaining them give credit only The day you called no for all entire days you have a problems
Went in to pick up routers and boxes. I understand that we are in trying time. Me and my other half were called to the counter. When we walked up the help said “I can only have one person at my window. I asked my other half for the keys so I could wait in the car. He said again I can only have one person SIR! I said “I’m trying to get the car keys!!!!!“ he said you need to walk away. What the hell! Does the help need to be so rude? Not happy!

Not only did he not try to force services we didnt want, he worked hard to find us the best deals available on the services we did want. I was prepared for a horrible experience but left with a new found appreciation for Cox customer service. In person at their store was definitely the right choice. This is the worst company for internet. It’s non stop problems with disconnections and slow internet and they always say they’re working on it and should be back running soon but it’s been months. They also say it’s because of the quarantine more people are using it and slows it down for everybody but how is that my problem? I’m paying for a service and I’m getting charged the full amount so I expect the FULL service. If you’re looking for an internet provider do yourself a favor and stay away, if you don’t you will regret it.

Didn’t even attempt to assist me with an issue as a new customer, sent me home with the wrong phone number. Hopefully it gets better but right now I plan to find a new provider right at the end of the contract.
Dropped off 3 pieces of equipment (DVR contur receiver, Panoramic wifi and mini contur receiver), waiting in line outside a young man named Brandon approached me to ask me what I was there for. I told him to drop off equipment for already canceled service. He said I can take that for you and we will email receipt or you can wait, estimated time of 30 to 40 minutes to go inside and return. I said sure and thanks and handed him all 3 items. Two days later got an email thanking me for returning the Contur DVR but they were still missing the wifi router and mini contur receiver. I called and then miraculous they found the wifi router at the warehouse two days later. They still have not found the mini receiver and are trying to say I am responsible for their carelessness and incompetence. I would go inside and wait and get your receipt or video the hand off to the employee. Cox is a shady and unethical company and if you give them the slightest opportunity to prove it, they will.

Called and started service over the phone. I came to pick up the equipment and Ive been here for 30 minutes with 5 people still in front of me. Maybe management could consider offering appointments or having more than two employees at the computer desks to help people at a time. Just a thought. After all I already did everything else over the phone. The employee that finally helped me was great though.
The service and speed I received here was second to none. Staff member greeted me with a smile and happily asked what was the reason for my visit and said that they can help me if I just stepped over there. The location was very clean inside and out I noticed my associate that was helping me had her name tag on and was rapping in her delivery of service

Great staff that was actually helpful and addressed my concerns instead of trying to write me off or push products on me. The only issue is they are servicing a very large population and so wait times can be a bit crazy. Its not their fault though, I just think they need another location to open to spread load the customers a little more. Overall great experience though!
I had an amazing experience here! My home wifi was acting up, and after a call to Cox support, it was determined that my Cox modem was outdated, and I needed a new one.I was told to just bring in my current one, and the employees here would know what I needed.I popped in, and had a very short wait...about 5-7 minutes...The Cox staff member scanned my old modem, and said she would be tight back.Here it comes, some issue why they can’t do anything, I was thinking...She came back with a box, scanned it, had me sign that I did an exchange, and bid me a good day.That was IT!Super easy!Very professional!I am a very happy camper( and Cox customer)!!!
Store is very busy at all hours and only a few employees working. Displays are dirty and not well kept. The store itself is nice to have since you have a physical location to exchange equipment rather than a tech with huge service windows like other companies. Just wish it was better staffed
I have always had a good experience in this store but I was helped by a lady named tiara she was very rude when we were just trying to find a solution to an on going problem, and the fact that she was allowed to talk to customers the way she did was enough to make me want to cancel my service. Im sure no one will care and she will continue to treat people any way she wants without any consequence but I can at least share my story
Never liked Coxs policy of cgarge a year, go up in prices, atick it to customers, SOP. Today was a much eelcomed exception. The gentleman I spoke with helped right away, lowered the upcharged service and we are on the way.

I usually give positive reviews but I just cant this time. The only good thing was how nice the employee was that I talked when I finally was called over to a desk. I hate this new trend where there is a tablet at the front of the store. The tablet is used to check in to a digital cue. Then everybody waits around the store to be called over to a desk when it is their turn. The employees behind each desk must choose to call someone over, making wait times super loooooong and the workload unfair. While waiting I counted 4 employees and a manager. Only two of the employees where at their desks helping customers. One kept going to the front to help people sign in, people know how to type their own names so that was not a productive thing for her to be doing. The other wandered off somewhere. At one point I heard the manager asking where the wanderer had gone. Of the two that where actually helping customers only one was making an effort, he saw 3 customers in the time it took for the other guy to see 1. The number of people waiting to be helped just kept increasing and the manager didnt step in and to help any customers at all during this time. It took 30 minutes before I was able to talk to anyone, and there had only been 4 customers ahead of me in line. The reason I had to go to the store in the fist place? I recently ordered cable through Cox and the cable box that was sent to me was missing the power cable. The employee got me a replacement and I insisted on checking the contents of the box. Good thing I did, this one was missing the remote. Seriously terrible experience. Like I said at the start he was very nice the whole time and that is the only positive thing I can say about this whole thing.
Expect long wait times and low to poor guest service. Youll get the impression that you, the customer is doing the business Cox a favor. The flip of what a true customer service experience should be. Common responses from the team working another day, another dollar, when asked how the day is going Oh its going. Very ho hum type of attitudes.

Customer service is good. Just dealing with the product line that seems to be the main issue there either overly priced for the service, or my case if they just didnt have the product. All in all the visits to Cox are usually pretty quick considering the total number of customers that they have in their Network
Rudy makes Cox great. I do agree it is the last place on this planet I want to go, But not with Rudy, I would wait an extra hour to have him help me.

If you arrive during busy hours be prepared to wait upwards of 45-minutes to 1 hour.Once you are called up you can finally get to business. They will attempt to sell you the whole 9 yards including the home life package, home phone, TV, DVR etc. Save yourself a few bucks and ask if there is any promotions or military discounts.Cox provides the best speeds and service, we just wish the prices were fair3 out of 5 stars
