Ive never had such horrible internet service

NOT A FAN. Struggled for nearly 10 years as a customer. Always the same problems. Service starts at 8 MBS then slowly goes down to 0.5 mps, like the old days of dial up:(. Just went over to Century, at the same price, but with 30 to 40 MBS. 60 times as fast, and quick self install. Look, dont use them or cancel them out, and go to century. Most people in this area have done that, including the HOA manager. You cannot see the price of the plans online, not even on their web site. For internet ALONE it is $90 per month PLUS TAX AND FEES EtC. Century delivers the net for $50 with no price increases! With century, make sure you have and use a 5HZ router; one like c3000 can be purchased on Ebay for $50.

We recently moved to the Lake Las Vegas area. We had scheduled service and I did not hear the doorbell when the technician arrived so he left a note. We contacted the office and the agent and technican made it work so he could come back out a few hours later. Both the technician and agent were also very helpful in answering our many questions. As far as customer service, we were very happy.

While the customer service is good, the actual internet service is absolutely terrible. It’s obscenely ridiculous so many homes are stuck with a company that is unable to provide sound internet service in the 21st century.

McDonalds has better internet. This place blows

Called them because there is no internet, no 24/7 tech support. Left multiple messages with no call back. We work at home and need the internet. If you’re planning on moving to Lake Las Vegas and need internet think twice before signing up with them.

I struggle to post this because of the awful service received in Lake Las Vegas. Right now, Im getting 1mbps, which means Im browsing like its the 1990s. This is the worst internet provider Ive ever used, and Ive used some really bad ones. $80/mo for 80mbps service, which never tests higher than 40mbps and thats when its up and running. I pay the same rate in Washington, DC for 1gb Verizon fiber that is 100% fast and reliable. Avoid this company at all costs. Theyre not even based in Nevada. Call Cox to get them to file work orders to make service available in this area. Only persistence will break this monopoly.
