Worst customer service ever. No storefronts and an attitude on the phone where they just read a script and dont follow through

Installer was rude to my wife... didnt hook up the line we needed hooked up...I cant reach anyone locally.... customer service doesnt know anything...so far they suck...I cancelled my service for the same reason and Im going to do it again and then Ill order services so the tech can come out so I can get a supervisors to contact me.... horrible so far
