They are a top notch company. Love having them and they are super responsive and as well give plenty of notices so you never forget. I get alerts and as well they give me a courtesy call every time I have my house cleaned. The cleaners are super nice and very professional. It is always a joy to come home from a long day of work and see that they have been there. Top Notch!

Excellent service. They were going to be a little late for their scheduled appt but called 20-30 minutes before asking if that would be OK or if we needed to reschedule. A manager did a walk through to do an estimate. The cost to clean my house was actually $50 less than quoted at the end! 3 people showed up and knocked out the job very quickly and I didnt find anything they missed. Definitely recommend and will use them again!

I just moved and wanted my new place to be deep cleaned. The Maids (Tomi and Tiffany) were on time, they wore booties and masks the entire time. I saw one of the maids on her hands and knees wiping the base boards and the other putting some elbow grease into the oven! They were very professional and did all the items that I requested. It was great to move into a house that got cleaned before I started moving in my belongings. They did a wonderful job and I would definitely hire them again!

Communication wasnt great, and the quality of cleaning was just awful. Every time they cleaned something was missed, or half-cleaned. I cancelled the service and selected another vendor.

If I needed a 1 time clean, they were there.I scheduled regular routine cleaning they were always there when expected and provided a completed check list. Office staff and cleaning staff was always professional, courteous and helpful. Everyone always had a smile on their face.Great staff, great service, great company.

The cleaning was not done well and not entirely. When mentioned to them they did not offer anything to make it right. They have no flexibility and it is expensive. The 1st sales person on the phone was great and told me I would be impressed. I was not impressed at all and more disappointed. Once the local office took over to schedule the cleanings, they clearly don’t care. When I canceled the service they did not bother to ask why. Do not recommend.

The initial set up with the Mark to get a quotation was great and he was very thourough and asked many questions to gage our cleaning needs. After that I had three different people call me thoughout the week to remind me the clean was coming up. The quality of the deep clean was terrible. Microwave was not moved to clean underneath. Stair rail was dirty and stairs not vacuumed. The guest bathroom toilet, shower, floor, and sink were still dirty. We recleaned everything ourselves that day as we had a deadline. We will never use this company again.

The 2 women that came were very nice and I would have given them 5 stars just for their personality BUT once they left I realized that they didnt used the vacuum cleaner under the beds, they didnt clean the small balcony, there was a plate with dust on it and the bathroom in the bathroom wasnt as clean as should have been.I really wanted to call them once a month but I wont do that again. I was trying to help my friends with their 2 bedroom condo in Vegas and it didnt go so well.They did clean it.. it was not a deep cleaning as they told me over the phone

We used MaidPro for our move-out cleaning and it was the best money spent. Even though the name is Henderson they serviced us in the Summerlin area. Moving is stressful and exhausting enough without having to go back and clean an entire house. Despite my annoyingness in having to reschedule twice they were very accommodating to my needs. The girls arrived on time and were professional. I didnt have to hang around and hover while they cleaned, I just requested a call back when they were finishing up and I would meet them back at the house. I received a call back from the field supervisor, who came to check over their work. She was there when I arrived and walked around the house with me to make sure everything was up to my standards. The girls surpassed my standards and walking around actually made me feel a bit bad, as if my own cleaning was not up to par 😄 they were fantastic and I highly recommend MaidPro to anyone needing the service. This place is so unprofessional they hired me and just because I had to reschedule my start date because I forgot I had another interview they decided to let me go before I even started. To me thats very unprofessional youre offering me a part-time job so why dont you think its ok for me to get another job if Im only gonna work 10 to 20 hrs with you and I have kids to provide for.

Very disappointed! They even came back a second time to (supposedly) do the cleaning right but still didnt. I would never recommend! They even had 4 people come and still didnt do the thorough cleaning they were suppose to the second time. Its the worst cleaning Ive ever had from a company! I gave them the amount they should of gotten if they did the job correctly because I felt bad but also thinking they did better by glancing. I regret that decision because it ended up costing me more!
