Got a teeth whitening by Krystal. She was very professional and it all went very smoothly. Nick was great to help with scheduling appointment in a Saturday. Adrian Ruiz, DDS is an outstanding dentist. My experience with Radiant Smiles is always a 5/5. I highly recommend them all!

Satisfactory for any services rendered. However, I feel that they push very hard to upsell very expensive additional and unnecessary services. My brother-in-law (in the Midwest) is a dentist and confirmed this on three separate recommendations where I visited him and he did his own exam of my teeth.UPDATE: Last visit they refused to clean my teeth unless I agreed to a $500 additional (uninsured) procedure. Suspicious that my teeth got so bad in 6 months?

I love this dental office! The service was AMAZING from every single person. Also, the dentist himself was very informative and told me everything I needed as part of a treatment plan. I’ve never had a dentist tell me so much and actually show they are knowledgeable and care about your dental health. I have had TERRIBLE dentists before and I’m so happy I doing Radiant Smiles! I definitely recommend them, 10/10!

My husband and I are new patients. We both saw Dr. Lipman for our routine exam and cleaning. He has the best bedside manner out of any doctor I’ve ever seen. He took the time to listen and thoroughly examine us and didn’t try to give us unnecessary work ups . The entire staff was incredible from the first call to make our appointment, to walking out the door. I used to have anxiety going to the dentist but that is no longer. So grateful to have found such an amazing dentist!

Super filthy honestly. I dont know how hard it is to just take some wipes to everything every now and then but they dont do it. To be fair nothing that went directly into my mouth looked gross but even the buttons they were pressing with their gloved hands were filthy. Like the kind of grit you see on a well used, shared, keyboard that never gets cleaned. I should have just left but I had paid up front and decided not to. Gross.

Great doc and staff. NOticed a problem and booked me to a specialist

Shadiest business practices I’ve ever experienced. They told me I had 10 cavities and needed work done ASAP. I had to pay $1200 up front even though I have insurance. I was there for 3+ hours the first appt and 2 1/2 hours the second visit a couple days later. I have stellar oral hygiene (I actually floss every single day, usually more than once) but I hadn’t been to a dentist in years. I was terrified by what they were telling me about the condition of my teeth, that my teeth could fall out bc of the condition of my gums. So of course I needed their frantic instruction and let them do all this work. The more I thought about it afterwards, the more uneasy I felt. I had no pain or problems when I went in for a simple cleaning. I sent the x-rays to another dental practice who said there was no sign of 10 cavities. They swindled me big time. THEN by chance, I found out that they made me pay for it and then billed my insurance. They were never going to tell me. It’s been two months now and I’m still fighting with them to get refunded. They are giving me the run around, telling me they are waiting for info from my benefits department, even though I know benefits sent them the check 4 weeks ago. I would never ever ever go back to this place, neither should you.

First time patient today and it was exactly what I hope for from a dental office. Friendly staff, on-time service, and they thoroughly explained what would be done and what my Insurance would pay for and what would be my responsibility. I’ll definitely be a regular while I live in Las Vegas.

Overall they’re great people the front desk people are super cool and helpful. The main dentist and hygienist and everyone working back of the house are super cool and friendly too. The reason I left three stars is because I had to get my wisdom teeth out and I’m like cool I’ll get sedated and not feel a thing except afterwards. Well they offered to take them out here at this location and at first I didn’t want to because they don’t sedate you it’s only local anesthetic. I said no I’m okay because I really would prefer to be asleep during the whole thing like you normally would be. Well they’re were very persuasive to say the least said I wouldn’t feel a thing just pressure when the dentist pulls the tooth out and nothing more. So I said why not the insurance was going to take 6-8 weeks to just approve the surgery and they could schedule me within a few weeks there so I took their word that I wouldn’t be in any pain. Idk what they think pressure is but that’s not what I felt during the extraction the bottom two are usually the hardest and I was wincing the grimacing the whole time because I could feel him breaking the tooth, shaving down my jaw, loosening the tooth and extracting it. I felt pain, actual physical enough to make a grown man cry pain. And the top right was by far the worst idk if not enough anesthetic or if it was just me but I felt the entire thing being pulled from start to finish as if there wasn’t any an anesthetic there. I know I said a lot like I’m trying to attack them but I’m really not. The dentist and his assistant were very good during the procedure, the assistant was super cool props to her fr. My biggest problem was don’t advertise something as moderately painful just to get that business in your office. I would’ve much rather have waited the 6-8 weeks plus than feel the pain I felt today.

The staff were very professional and I liked how every procedure that needed to be performed on me was explained in detail and what really would make me refer people to Radiant Smiles is how they worked with me on payment... that way I was able to get the proper treatment done even tho I didnt have the exact amount that was do... And also I really appreciate you guys squeezing me in because you guys actually understood how much pain I was in and now I am able to have a good New Year celebration with no pain.

I called them about 3 times asking for Nick to send my records and breakdown of costs and he has been giving me the run around, telling me different stories every time. The place itself isnt shady but Nick sure does make it seem so by being incompetent and secretive.

Front desk receptionist...outstanding customer service. Hard to find that these days. Dr. K (cant pronounce her name) absolutely wonderful with my son! Have never seen a better and more thorough doctor. And even the man who checked us out..sweet and helpful. Yall are awesome!

I must say I am extremely impressed with this dental office. It is literally run by angels! The moment I walked in to the office, I felt a sense of calmness. The lobby was very welcoming and the facility was super clean. You are also greeted with the most amazing and friendliest staff members. Everyone was so helpful in assisting and preparing me for my procedure.Dr. Ruiz was very professional and knowledgeable. I was provided with very thorough pre & post op instructions. He addressed all my questions and concerns and was very quick and effective with my wisdom teeth extraction.Getting my wisdom teeth taken out was something I dreaded and have been avoiding for quite awhile. I held on to every ounce of pain and finally gave in and told myself to pull them out. I had all 4 taken out that day and now I dont even know why I waited so long. The process was seamless and I couldnt be more happy.Hooray to me for finding a dental office I trust. I definitely highly recommend this place!Thank you everyone at Radiant Smiles for taking such good care of me!All smiles :)

One star for the office management. Five stars for Dr Khoramshahi.I like paying up front for services rendered, with no hidden fees: There was always a discrepancy in subsequent billing, after I had paid a balance completely ( according to Nick, that was just an estimate) always felt like the Nick was trying to be sly, as when paying in cash and having to reminded him that a receipt was necessary. A perfect example, of highfalutin pomposity, and pretentious arrogance.

Im very happy with my experiences here. I hadnt been to a dentist in years for various reasons. I needed quite a bit of work done. The entire staff made me feel very comfortable. Very friendly people. They listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained everything. Very professional and excellent work so far.

I was very disappointed. I choose here because of all the great reviews & thought they must be great since it was two weeks to get in. After we got there 15 minutes before our scheduled time my two daughters were called back then I was called back an hour later which was fine that was my scheduled time. The hygienist was great but then waited for dentist who went over my xrays & teeth to walk away & have the office staff come in to tell me there was an emergency & I would have to reschedule my cleaning. Then my daughter walks in who was back there for an hour & a half who was told the same thing. Now they did my youngest thank goodness but as for my other daughter & I we have to wait a week for hers & 10 days for mine. Then on top of it felt as if all they were trying to do is up sell everything. I really don’t think we will be back for our cleaning we will look for another one if our insurance allows it.Very disappointed

Rated this months ago, but came back to update it. Still five stars. I never really have problems here. The staff is always friendly. Both doctors I have seen have always been, nice, explanatory, and good about all the procedures I need (I should start flossing.) The staff at the desk (checking in and out) are always helpful and courteous especially when answering the phone. Susie helped was the one I checked out with today and was very nice.

Can not say enough good things! As someone who hasn’t seen a dentist in many years and has a fear of dentists everyone there made this visit a breeze. I like the minimum wait time...just long enough to fill out a one page form and view/approve the details of the days visit. I like that both the Dentist and her Assistant were gentle while working in my mouth. NO cavities, and my teeth are in very good condition for a 74 year old. So glad to know I will not have to take my teeth out at night and soak them in a jar!!! Radiant Smiles...you ROCK!!!

My appointment was quickly scheduled and the process was very easy to go through. The dental assistants and the doctor answered all of my questions and talked me through rvery step of the process informing me what was going on through every step of my treatment. Moving forward with different treatment options, as well as payment options were covered fully by Suzie in the front and she was a delight to be around. Dr Ruiz and his staff are the some of the best, most helpful and competent Ive dealt with in 50 years of going to the dentist. The office facility itself is fairly ordinary but full equipped with what seems to be the latest technology and they really know how to use it. I have never had to worry about cavities but have a real problem with my gums due to plaque build up and am not too good about brushing so when I got there they recommended a deep cleaning that got everything off even under the gums. I hope you dont have to have this done but if you do I dont think you can do any better than Dr. Ruiz.

In all my years going to the dentist this is the best dentist office Ive ever been at. The empathy and caring for the patients is exemplary. Nick and Betty make it so inviting when you first step in the door. I will never go anywhere else.

Ive been to a few dentist and this is by far the best experience I had! I hate going to the dentist, especially because of my anxiety I get so nervous. This office was comforting beginning to end. The office was very clean and organized. The staff was wonderful from booking through my appointment. The dentist was very informative and gentle. He talked me through everything he was doing which helped me relax. I had a wisdom tooth extraction and bone put in. I would reccomend this office to all my friends. I love the back office staff; the doctors and the techs. But the front office staff, minus the man, was a little hard to work with and had attitude. They were also confused because they thought I was a new patient but had been going there since 2015 haha no big deal. I was super happy with my experience. Maria was so nice and friendly and the Dentist was informative. The office gals went above and beyond for me when I came unprepared with the wrong insurance info. They helped me get my appointment with a specialist. Overall it was a great experience.

Bad experience. Unsanitary. Unprofessional. Dirty. Details> This is the only dentist office I have ever walked out of mid appointment. The front desk women were pretty rude. Since my husband and I had back to back appointments with the same dentist, we came together. They made fun of us (loudly to each other and the dental assistant) for asking if he could come back with me. The ladies at the front desk were discussing other patients loudly, while my husband was in the waiting room. The dental assistant was talking to me like I was a small child. Ive had dental x-rays every year for 30 years and this was the worst. The office was unsanitary and something smelled heavily of feces each time the assistant put the bitewing in my mouth, not sure if it was the equipment or if her gloves were dirty. Before the dentist came by to examine my teeth, the assistant opened the tools he would be using with her bare hands. The tools looked gross/old (took photos for proof). We made the appointment for cleanings with x-rays. They scheduled me at 3 & him at 4, we arrived at 2:42, and they took me back at 3. The woman from the front desk came back at 4:23, asking if I still wanted to get my teeth cleaned or make another appointment... They still hadnt finished my appointment or began my husbands. If they werent going to have enough time to handle both appointments, they shouldnt have made them. It made things very awkward because, of course we both wanted what we came in to get but also were grossed out by the appointment so far. It seemed as though they were wanting to get out of there and we were holding them up. We advised that we were both uncomfortable and needed to leave. We would not recommend this place to anyone after this experience and do not wish to have any further contact with this business.

I had a good experience at Radiant Smiles. Dr. Miller took the time to explain different avenues that I could take for what dental work I neededI wish I could remember her name the girl that was my nurse or his assistant she was extremely sweet. I later called concerned because I am swelling and if it continued Dr said to let him know. The person at the front desk didnt think it was a big deal and said if it is not to where I can open one eye then it is not of concern when I responded well actually it is almost that way... still no concern from her. When it comes to something as serious as this I would hope the doctors take a little more seriously.

Everyone was super friendly and helpful and we were able to get an appointment within a week. I would definitely recommend this office!
