Terrible experience. Needed a number of cavities filled and they did all at once and when I said the numbing did not work, he continued anyway. Told me my wisdom teeth were not ready when my new dentist says they are clearly impacted and in a bad position. The images they sent to my new dentist as well were nearly unreadable. I wish I could give 0 stars. I am never going back.

So this was my first visit to the dentist in 5+ years. After stating that I had an appointment and that I was here for a teeth cleaning (God knew I needed it)- I was seated in the chair and waited patiently for the doc. Dr. Paik greets me and looks over my paperwork, to which he leaves and returns 15 minutes later telling me that due to my insurance over scheduling them that he wouldnt be able to accept me and that Id have to reschedule for the actual cleaning. Confused, I tell him that this was the reason I came here in the first place; further, how can my insurance over schedule them when their receptionist accepted my appointment in the first place? It didnt make sense, and after another awkward exchange between the two of us- He leaves again and after some time he returns and tells me that hell clean my teeth but Ill have to wait. So I wait another 20 minutes in the chair for nearly an hour total. When he comes back to clean my teeth- He simply applies a polish/protectant and sends me on my way. No scraping, no actual cleaning for 5+ years of build up. I believe that would have required a deep cleaning. Just a really unprofessional sham of a job and a huge waste of my time.

After not going to the dentist for over 10 years I of course really needed some work done. I was really afraid and felt a little embarrassed, however Dr. Paik always made me feel confident and informed! He did my dental work as fast as insurance would allow and even saved me from two possible root canals! His assistant is also really amazing and sweet. They make a very good team! I will most definitely continue to only receive my dental work from Apple Dental!

This office is amazing and filled with friendly staff! I have had teeth pulled and braces for two years. Every time making me feel as comfortable as I can be talking through each step so it’s never a surprise and leaving happy with my results everyday!!!

Friendly staff, clean area. Unfortunately Medicaid only covers emergency dental work and extraction... So despite having decay and needing a filling I was informed it would be a few thousand out of pocket, else, in a few months it would likely be that Id need a crown or root canal. Both of which are also not covered, oh joy...

Have lived in Las Vegas 30 years, went to same dentist for 28 years until he dropped my insurance. Was nervous about finding new dentist. I am VERY happy with Dr. Paik, he is very honest about what to expect rather than leaving you to think everything will be perfect. Like the fact that he is always willing to squeeze me in if I have an emergency. Everyone there is extremely nice & after only 2 visits they greeted me by name. HIGHLY recommend.

Love this dentist! Ive had so many problems with dentists before, so going to this one was by far an amazing experience. Got my wisdom teeth pulled with no issue, and was able to function normally after. Loved it!! Will be my permanent dentist from here on out.

I guess they justify what they do and think its okay to cancel an appt. 15 minutes before your emergency appt.😒 like I said I get it when you have an emergency and life happens but when youre a dentist you cant just pick up and leave as easy when you have patients depending on you. You guys dont understand if it was us calling to cancel an appt. Because you guys will still charge a late fee if its not within 24 hour notice. Had you gave me more notice I wouldnt of left work, I work 40 minutes away and I was already at your office before you called once 15 before.then you write on my review and act like it was okay for what your office did today is more ridiculous then you canceling my appt. Today. Not to mention I missed out on 4 hours of work UNPAID for, and its going to take another week to get into another office. Working at a dental office you guys should have a little more compassion for people. Reading these reviews you dont.

I am beyond irratated right now i left work early today for a appt ive had for 2 weeks sense thats all that was available take in mind my mouth is swelled up like a balloon. I have a Crazy tooth ace Ive been dealing with and have been awaiting for this appt. I live about 35 min away . So I get there and she says I just called you the Dr had an emergency and had to leave?? Really?? You guys expect us to cancel our appt within 24 hours or well get charged a fee. So does that mean you guys are gonna pay me 100$ being you canceledwith only 15 minutes to spare. Cmon Ive Worked at plenty dental offices and never in my life has the DRsEVER pulled ssomething like that. Im so mad not to mention my dang tooth is throbbing. Careless Dr unbelievable. She asked do you want to reschedule? Heck no. I shouldve looked at the reviews before making the appt. 3stars tells it all. Stay far away from this office. The parking lot is empty so I dont think he has much buisness as is. But this isnt over Im gonna do what I have to and call who I have to so you know this is unexcpectable... horrible service.Reana

Dont go to Apple Dental unless you want to go through psychological issues, aches and pains. The Dentist failed to review my medical profile which was very important for an implant. When i kept complaining of swollen gums that doesnt seemed to heal, the dentist asked if i have some issues why it took so long to heal. So i asked, had you read my application? He didnt answer and he said, no wonder your gums doesnt heal. How stupid was that? The main problem was, the dentist doesnt listened and very careless. Its no surprise why the office isalways empty. I had to see another dentist to fix the problems created by Apple Dental.

Very bad service/no service at all. I visited this dentist for the first time, wrongly thinking that this would be the best choice since Medicaid recommended this office on the packet. When I arrived, I was given paper work to fill out, I waited for 20 minutes until I was called the office was empty and they were not busy. I went into the dentist room and sat down patiently waiting for the doctor, he come in and dosent even bother to come talk to me face to face, he stands behind me with his arms crossed, obviously showing disrespect. After I explained what my problem was he took a peak inside my mouth and said that Medicaid does not cover anything basic and that a deep cleaning would cost up around to a couple thousand dollars, while a regular cleaning would be $30. Paik was looking for any reason to reach into my pockets and extract money from it. He said that I would needed a full teeth makeover and I would need to have dentures installed and that I would need to pay up with cash. I have never seen such greedy dental service, they have one person working as a secretary and as an assistant. It is obvious that not much people choose this place of service nor much people work here. This place is not recommended to anyone, especially with the reviews that are left online with Paik doing false dentist work on innocent people for a big price.

Ive been going to Apple Dental since I was 10 years old. Ill never stray!! Dr. Paik is amazing. He really understands that our teeth are our image and wants us to be happy with the appearance and health of our teeth. He was very caring and never pushy to get procedures done. They also are very lenient and will work with you on the billing side of it. The staff is so sweet as well, they were always friendly and smiling. I love them because when I have an appointment time, thats the time I am seen, I never wait long, which is convenient!! I love Apple Dental and will continue to use them.

The team is there when you need them! My boyfriend had excruciating tooth pain, he called his regular dentist for an emergency checkup and they never called him back. Desperate, we called several other dentist and they were all too busy to take him in. We finally found Apple Dental and within a half hour he was at their office getting his tooth looked at. In an hour his pain was gone. Dr. Paik and his team are great!

Worst dentist experience. Ever. Daughter getting wisdom teeth out. Sedation is a pill, not sedation!!!Wanted to stop procedure but Yita the office manager said NO REFUND. I paid $1400. Dr. Paik has no bedside manner. You are having pain? Pain is all in your mind!!! he says. Leaves the room. Wont talk to you. Says tell me when you are readyThey kicked me out of treatment room after daughter had a panic attack. From pain.The good reviews are ALL one review people. FAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I feel so bad I took my daughter here.Run. Dont walk.

The staff at this office placed an implant near the front of my mouth. Swelling and infection did not dissipate. Dr. said healing takes time. Tired of suffering, I went to a professional to find out Apple Dental left a substantial amount of cement in implant area. Cost me additional $1348 to have cement removed and area corrected. Apple Dental would not agree to pay for anything.

I’ve been going to this dentist for ten years !!! The best dentist go you will not regret it ... he took out my wisdom teeth he has filled my cavities if I wasn’t so broke I would tip him 1,000 dollars.

This dentist is amazing clean place I’m telling you I’ve been to at least five other dentist I have not found a dentist as good as Dr. Paik he worked on me and my brother very friendly staff just an amazing expience.

I went in for a tooth extraction. It was a last minute appointment but I was seen right away. The place is very clean. The staff were very great and very friendly.

I called at 10am for a dental emergency and I was able to come in and be seen bye 11am. I was very nervous and concerned but the staff and Dr. Paik were GREAT. Thank you, Georgie

Their hours are a lie. I havent been here, but I was really excited to find a dentist I didnt have to take off work for, but they are only open 3 days a week until 6pm.

Where do I start....I chose Dan Paik due to the Google reviews, I needed 6 crowns. Dr. Paik recommended Lava crowns which cost me $4500 out of pocket, it would have been more but since I paid cash I was given a discount (sounds fishy already!). Overall I was satisfied with the work completed but not the cost. Before coughing up another $5000 for the other 3 teeth I decided to get a 2nd opinion. It turns out the porcelain crowns should have been fully covered by insurance and my new dentist did the remaining 3. When my new dentist billed for the 3 crowns they were denied because dr Paik had already received payment for those. Dr. Paik is currently under investigation by MetLife denials special investigations unit for fraud because he billed for services that were never performed. Hopefully MetLife removes him as a provider.

WORST PLACE EVER SEEN ! I WILL NOT RECOMMEND IT TO MY ENEMY . Went in with my wife place smells very bad filthy . Dr tested my wifes teeth with a tool that was in his hand not clean who knows who he used it on . This place should be shot down bye the state on NEVADA . They asked for 2 expats a $100.00 I said what ! It only cost anywhere $9.00 per exray . I have been a patient of Apple Dental for quite a while and I would not go anywhere else. I am like a lot of people who do not like going to a denetist, however Dr. Paik and staff are always professional and helpful. I now live in Connetticut and make a trip to Dr. Paik for my dental appts. 5 stars are needed here.
