If I could give this shop 10+ stars I would. I was traveling through and ending up blowing a turbo on the side of the road and was stranded. Andrew came through with not only a turbo but anything and everything to help get my truck going again. He wasnt asking anything for it just doing a good deed. This shop is outstanding and will go out their way to help.Second issue on the way home I ending up cracking an injector cup and he was so helpful with allowing me to tow my truck to his shop until I could figure out what to do with it. This shop has my business anytime.
I called to make a service appointment and was scheduled the same afternoon. This was my first time getting an oil change here. I was impressed with the customer service I received. They took their time to inform me of my specific vehicle maintenance tips. I highly recommend this place for anyone that needs work done on a diesel truck
Great Family Diesel Shop Veteran Owned and Operated by Seasoned Diesel Mechanic and highly qualified team. I flew into Vegas to purchase/pickup used Ford F350 Diesel Truck. The truck had engine light with several unknown issues. I called them they got me in within an hour for pre-purchase inspection/diagnostic and spent 2 hours going through the truck in detail and came up with extensive list of issues and gave me formal repair quote to take back to seller of truck, which the $200 I spent on the diagnostic ended up saving me $5K on the truck purchase price. I would highly recommend trusting these guys with my Diesel or Truck repairs in you live in the Vegas area! Thanks, Clinton
These guys have no trained personal and have no clue what they are doing. Save yourself the heartache and headaches. Truck came back with issues and a bent, destroyed rear bumper. Owner knew I was upset and never called or offered to make it right.Spent about $10k with these clowns. Found a much better mechanic and was told of all the short comings of their work. New mechanic had my truck straightened out in two days. These guys can pound sand! You have been warned. Stay clear! They had my truck for over 3 months for a simple job. Not impressed.
I took my truck to them in May for some simple maintenance I didn’t have time for and was way overcharged It didn’t dawn on me until I left how much they had really just charged me. So I contacted them about making it right well that didn’t happen. UNPROFESSIONAL CROOKS!!! They charged me $900 for a transmission, transfer case and front and rear differential fluid exchange. They had a good story how they started out in a garage now they have a huge shop WELL IM GUESSING IT WASNT ACQUIRED THROUGH HONEST WORK! Lacking severely in the INTEGRITY DEPARTMENT! Don’t do business here unless you have an unlimited supply of money. Hopefully you don’t get fooled like I did.UNDERSTATEMENT!!!!
I was on a trip and my van wouldnt start. I was in a position where I tried to figure out what was wrong and couldnt figure it out. I got towed to the diesel doctor and they had me back on the road in a couple hours and I learned a lot on the process. It was an easy fix and they werent even going to charge me but I insisted because of the knowledge and how easy they made it. Dont forget that Vanning Aint No Joke!
Owner is awesome! Knows his stuff about Duramax diesels. Family owned business with straight shooters running the place. Highly recommend.
I accompanied my father to pick up his truck from this establishment. After an entire weekend of them ignoring his calls. They tell us to come on down Monday morning the truck is finished. We show up the truck is shaking erratically at idle. As I sit waiting in the lobby I over hear the owner speaking with his friend about a truck he had similar to my fathers. Going back and fourth about how he may have had a similar issue at one time and all these random parts they could try throwing at it. I personally was blown away how extremely unprofessional this was. Long story short we ended up taking the truck to Towbin Dodge. After paying bullseye to replace 6 fuel injectors. We find out they damaged one and instead of ordering another they installed it anyway. They also installed a pan gasket with a twist in it causing a loss of 2 quarts of oil in a 20 min drive. The end result of doing business here was an additional bill of $1600 to get the job done right. Along with zero compensation for a job horribly done wrong
I had my 2001 7.3 l diesel work on with these guys and they did an amazing job very happy with them in the customer service well above and beyond my expectations
Unprofessional. Unorganized. Unreliable.**UPDATE: Took the truck to Powerstroke Performance, they fixed it in 6 days. Uncovered lies from bullseye, about how they claimed my ABS module was actually working and my truck needed a whole new wire harness (false, the ABS Module was actually at fault). My truck has NO CEL/Cault codes now.***Original review:To start off, I met with one of Matts (the owner) employees though Facebook while shopping for a tuner. I purchased an Edge tuner that was supposed to replace a broken screen on my SCT Livewire. I told him the issues I was having and that I needed to reprogram the PCM/FICM and other computers to unlock the computers, due to my SCT Livewire not being able to have any screen inputs. This employee Dane Campanella, told me that this shop was a SCT retailer and he could better send out the Livewire for it to be replaced (600+ dollar programmer). In. The following months, I tried to get a hold of him on multiple occassions and he failed to respond to any contact I made.I came back into the shop following these months to get further details on fixing my truck, because they have claimed to be the best in town. My truck was not seeing over 21psi and had no speedo. I spoke to Matt and he said he would look into the ABS module and replace it with one in their shop and look into the cluster. He also guaranteed the truck would make 30 psi or more than when I pick it up. Matt also said that my SCT tuner that Dane had taken from me to replace was destroyed/badly broken and that I wouldnt get anywhere with SCT. **I called SCT and they offered me a 240 dollar replacement for a newer Livewire, meaning Bullseye never contacted SCT or was lying to try and get a reduced cost for replacement**.I came in to pick up the truck and the truck was still having boost issues again and I asked about the speedo and he shrugged as to why he didnt look into everything we discussed. I spent some 2+ hours again in their shop, now troubleshooting the issues further for the boost issue with another tech. I was still charged for the speed meter issue which Matt told me he would look into the ABS module and speedometer in front of my wife and didnt. He charged me 195$ for troubleshooting the speedo and never did as discussed.Between all of this, I had called bullseye days apart, due to being told I would get a return call the next day and never getting one. I eventually showed up after 10 days of silence from this shop to find out they had solved Nothing and did literally no troubleshooting as discussed. I was still billed almost 400$ for being given a can of worms. This shop will blame unsubstantiated things and claim that they have the solution to all your problems.I left there with more problems (9 check engine lights/ vs 4) and didnt have my truck for long periods of time.I saw the owner Matt on his phone as his wife (secretary) would say Matt is on a test drive. I was given the same treatment where Matt was busy every time I called for an update on my truck--this was over a ten day period. I eventually had to drive to the shop in order to get any sort of update as to what was going on with my truck. Additionally, I had to drive to the shop on multiple occasions due to them not answering their phones and not calling us back after leaving voicemails.I have driven my truck the 40 minute drive to their shop some 10 times two directions for them to re-attack issues they claimed they had fixed on previous bills. To say they are knowledgeable would be accurate. But they are extremely unprofessional in how they hold themselves and run their business. They will not return phone calls as promised. They will not execute anything you discuss, instead they bill you for the easy route.
Bullseye Diesel Performance has serviced all of my vehicles. Three trucks and one car. Fast friendly service at a fair price! I highly recommend this company.
Let me down too many times. Small family business, and severely understaffed. Changed out my turbo and followed by NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS. Oil leaking all over my driveway, then they tell me I need a new turbo pedestal (which SHOULD have been changed when the new turbo was done) left my truck for THREE DAYS in their parking lot and it was UNTOUCHED. THEN THEY WENT OFF ON A THREE DAY family getaway without informing me that NOTHING was being done to my truck. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS unless you have WEEKS to leave your vehicle until they get around to it.
I paid $900 for a solution to a misdiagnosed problem. I paid to have an aux transfer pump installed, as recommended by Bullseye. Further down the road, the leaking original fuel pump and fuel/water seperator required replacement - $800 - to finally solve the situation.Live and Learn, hopefully. Lesson 1. Performance shops want to sell performance products. Lesson 2. Corners get cut if they drag it out to closing time.I emailed Bullseye about their work, but have received no reply.
Dude knows his stuff about diesels. Very helpful!
Best place, knowledgeable friendly and you can walk in and check on your vehicle progress any time.
These are by far not even close the most amazing people in Las Vegas. My truck broke down pulling my trailer and they let me park my trailer there for a week and watched my possessions while I had to leave town and come back. I trusted these people who where strangers with my life and they came through.
Family owned and operated, first responder and military discounts given.
Honest good people, do what they day there going to do
They have been taking care of my truck since I got it!
Best shop ever
