I went to CC repairs to get my screen fixed by Lamar Elliott. He did a great job with that but unfortunately that’s not what I’m going to remember.He was rude, irritated, and short with me when I was asking about the price. His cynical tone implied that I was trying to get money back from him when I was genuinely confused about the price. I was charged for a screen protector I didn’t ask for and it didn’t show up on the itemized copy which resulted in confusion. He replied impertinently and irritated “if you want a $10 refund we can do that” I said “No sir, I was calling for an appointment get my watch fixed and also inquire about my receipt but never-mind.” He hung up on me. Kindness goes a long way... some advice for Lamar:“Let no one ever come to you without leaving better and happier. Be the living expression of Gods kindness: kindness in your face, kindness in your eyes, kindness in your smile.“

Was visiting family in Vegas when glass protective cover over my camera lens got broken out, called around repair shops selected CCRepairz because of there professionalism and courteous understanding manner on the phone. They were able to get the parts for my LG phone ordered, arrived quickly as promised, and installed the day there were delivered. They are great people to work with and no surprise fees when finished! I highly recommend taking your devices here if you are in need of repair, youll be happy in the end you did!

My laptop stopped holding a charge and I did some research online that said That I would need to get a entirely new battery 🔌I called around to a few places in my area and talk to a bunch of other techs that said “oh yeah” it’s the battery 🔋But then I called CC Repair shop! And Lamar gave me a very straight forward possible diagnosis over the phone.He told me that, it may not be my battery at all, infact after I explained a bit more details about what my laptop was doing, he told me to allow him to look at my laptop first before charging me anything.This way I don’t spend unnecessary money on something that may not even be the issue! And lord behold, he was right!Saved me a bunch of money, and had my laptop fixed within 2 days of my dropping it off! I had Finals coming up the following day and expressed my concern to Lamar about the urgency of needing my laptop back up and running before that day!He showed up like a Knight in shining armor, right on time before my finals were due! I visited twice, once for a tablet and once for a Nintendo 3DS. They were great in both cases. One could be fixed, the other couldnt, but in both cases they were straight forward and up front about what we should expect. We were called multiple times to keep us up to date on what was being done. I have recommended people to them many times.

Priced reasonably, informed me of what was going to be done and the cost with no add ons like other places try to do. Very honest. Lamaar was very friendly and professional. Very reasonable pricing and extremely knowledgeable! I would highly recommend coming to CC Repairz. I came in for a screen repair to find out that my previous iPhone repair (from UBreakIFix) was done with an after market screen that was complete garbage. Lamaar showed me the differences between the screens and even discussed how my water seal was damaged and that he would fix it for free if I came back again next week (he didn’t have the part to fix it at the time). If you need an iPhone repair I definitely recommend coming here!

Knowledgeable and courteous, Lamar at CC Repairz is a true professional with pride of workmanship and integrity.Long version:I chose them to do my repair because they were close and after talking to Lamar on the phone, he sounded knowledgable and polite. It was a little tricky finding them since the place is on the second floor inside one of those executive suite/shared office buildings. I met Lamar in person and he lived up to his phone persona; professional, knowledgeable and friendly. After dropping the phone off, I went to grab a bite. Before I even pulled into the restaurant parking lot, Lamar called me with the verdict of my repair. He apologetically informed me he couldnt rather wouldnt make the repair due to the fact that the previous fix was done so poorly and cheaply. He explained and showed me that the previous repair guy didnt put back in almost half the screws, ripped the home button ribbon cable in two places and used an extremely cheap screen part. Lamar then basically said Id be throwing good money at a bad situation and since the phone would never be as good as new, recommended to check with my phone insurance and replace the entire phone instead. Although disappointed at first, I was glad to know that Lamar wouldnt just slap a new part on, collect the money and move on. It showed he has workmanship integrity and is interested in developing a long term relationship over a quick sale. I will definitely going back with any phone or device problem in the future.

Competent and fair prices. Total integrity. Id first gone to a nearby competitor who completely mis-diagnosed by Imac and wasted my time and money. They should have know the hard drive went bad from the obvious symptoms, but instead just reinstalled contents from my backup drive. Lamar told me what the problem was just through a minute of conversation. He fixed it and now my 2011 Imac runs better than when it was new. (Imac users should know that every few years a new hard drive for a couple hundred bucks is almost to be expected) I totally recommend this company. Worth it!

Very honest and to the point. Gives you all the options to choose from, including not to use his service. I had a mildly damaged galaxy s4, and he recommended getting a screen protector, rather than replacing the screen, because of cost. I dont know any business that will actually recommend to not to use their service! Typically, they just push until you give in. When I finally got it replaced, I scheduled it for the next day! Very fast! I even had a slight color problem with my display after installing, and they replaced it for free. I would recommend this to everyone.

Place is like a doctors office. So impressed with the staff and look of the facility. Lamaar owner and lead tech is a total stud at his profession. Life Time Warranty on his work, I even brought an item I had fixed somewhere else and he took a look and broke down how much they messed up fixing it. If you want a product fixed take it anywhere but if you want a quality repair you need to bring it here. Place has been open for 5 years, he knows what hes doing.

It was a little hard to find while driving, but the service was A++ my screen was repaired quickly & perfectly for a great price. Im recommending them to everyone.

I have a galaxy S7 edge and they replaced the screen using non factory screen which had a slightly different curvature making the home button flushed instead of slightly elevated. But the screen was defective after a month and showed damaged pixels to the point I could not read the screen. No external physical damage. They refused to honor their lifetime warranty telling me the phone was good when I got it back from them. I had to send to Samsung for a second repair and costing additional money.Stay away. Very dishonest and did not know what they were doing.

Fast and cheap. I smashed my iPad screen so badly that I couldnt unlock it. Lamaar was friendly and professional. He offered me a variety of options for pickup since my schedule made it difficult to stop by during the week. His price was very reasonable too. $118 total. I have spent more getting a 5 phone screen repaired.

I learned about this place when my brother took me here to get a Wii U tablet screen fixed and did a great job on it. So I took my iPod 4th gen to get the home button fixed and the battery replaced, They took the time to fix it right and kept me in the loop on the repairs

This was my first visit to CC-repairs. I came in because I had an iPad that wasnt charging properly. When I came in the technician/ owner Lamar explained to me that since my iPad was old it usually could be the battery that was bad. He explained that he would run a full diagnostic test for free and he would let me know the results. He called the next day and he let me know that their was no problem with the iPad and that all I needed was a new charger thats designed for an iPad because I was using a wrong charger. When I went to pick it up he even took the time to research on amazon and recommended the plug that I needed and printed it out for me. All at no charge. Its hard to find honest companies and people that dont rip people off. And the professionalism and customer service Lammar displayed leaves me no choice but to come back to him for all my electronics needs. Thanks lammar!! I wish I could of givin 6 stars.

Lamaar was great, he instantly identified my problem (battery in my iPhone 5s had started to swell and my screen was being pushed loose by it), 25 mins later I walked out a happy customer with a new battery and the screen re adhered in place. Price was very reasonable too. I recommend ccrepairz for any iPhone repair you might need.

I have an old 64GB iPad that I let my three year old daughter use and needless to say, shes pretty rough with it. One day she dropped it on the kitchen tile face first and shattered the screen. I was going to buy a new one since this one was just a first gen iPad, but after Googling ipad repair henderson their website came up so I gave them a call. They told me I could get it fixed for just $138 so I went in and dropped it off when they opened and had it back in my hands looking brand new on my lunch break.
