Techs seem knowledgeable. They are very friendly. The cost to fix my mac was very reasonable! Apple store was triple the price because I didnt have a warranty!

The overall service was excellent. We got regular status updates throughout.My wifes logic board failed. This caused the machine to no longer take a charge. Initially we thought it was the power adapter or power module in the unit. NOPE.APPLE repair components are pricey! But, even with that said, the Experimac repair price beat the Sox off everyone else based on our research AND they also gave us an extra 10% discount based on her service as a veteran.Definitely recommend this place if you need help with your Apple computer products.

They are very helpful with all of my Mac needs. I have a MacBook error that I’ve upgraded and they’ve help me keep it going. At one point I needed a new charger, and I had some other work done. They threw in the charger for free. They run in great business and they’re super helpful. Thank you!

I highly recommend Mark and Experimax Henderson. I have ad the opportunity to use Marks services on several occasions -- the latest being purchasing a Mac book Pro for my niece. I bought a computer from them without doing my homework and it wasn’t working for my purposes. They first tried to patch my Mac software for free. When that didn’t work they took it back at 100% credit and got me something else that WOULD work. This is the best service in Vegas for any company I’ve dealt with.

Great to find a local Apple computer store with so much experiance and knowledge and without the stuffiness of the corporate stores. Mark and his team are super friendly and eager to solve your Apple computer or iPhone problems.Mark is very patient with Apple users like me, who may not be on the cutting edge of computer technology. Many times he has solved some minor issue for me without even charging me (like removing lint from the charging port on my phone - which solved the problem of the phone not charging. A dishonest person could easily have charged me to replace the port and buy a new battery).Experimax has reasonable prices on older or refurbished equipment and they are great for upgrading an older system by adding memory, additional storage, or new external devices.Always a pleasure to bring my Apple issues to Experimax. Mark at Experimac is the BEST!I had to make an emergency trip in the middle of an important client project and my laptop had died. We needed to stay on a much older system in order to operate a specific program and budget was limited.I had called several online stores as well as several Mac distributors in Las Vegas and no one was able to offer the service and turn around time we needed. Many scoffed at our request and spent way too much time trying to sell me on the latest and greatest model and condescending our old system. Not Mark...Mark at Experimac really took the time to understand my needs and pulled out all the stops in helping to find a solution. He did his very best to save my old machine and make it work but it was truly beyond repair. More importantly, he was able to retrieve all my data off the dead drive, clear out the bugs, reload the entire system onto a new (used but sparkly clean) vintage laptop AND, bonus, he helped worked out some of the software issues as well!On top of it, he was able to salvage parts from my old computer and gave gave me a discount on my new computer.Ultimately, it was a stressful time for me, but Mark handled it all with cool-headed grace and a never give up determination to help me get the equipment I needed. He treated my project and urgency as if it were his problem too. Each of the staff I dealt with at Henderson Experimac was equally friendly, understanding and responsive. The owner Mark, not only took his time with me showing up three days before I made up my mind. He also worked it out to get into my budget of approval and got me devices I actually wanted and was not stuck with. This is by far the next best place to buying from Apple themselves.

This business does wonders even during the Covid-19 lockdown. They are available by appointment only. I asked some people on my social network for referrals to replace a bad battery for my iPhone X. Most of the referrals are located in the west side of Las Vegas while I live in the southeast area in Henderson. I did some searches on Google and found Experimax’s info along with some good customer reviews. It took one phone call and the owner was able to let me come in. They were able to replace my battery and I waited for maybe 30 minutes tops. Good service and the price is very reasonable.

The staff here ROCK!!! The screen on my phone had shattered, the phone itself got beat up and went haywire on me. I called Experimax, and they quickly assessed the situation and told me to come in... I was expecting the worst. Within minutes they figured it just needed the screen replaced. After 20 mins, my phone was good as new! Thank you so much!

I had many options to locate a keyboard, but I did not want to order online and have to wait. Luckily I had visited an Experimac before, but that location had closed. Found this location and they had what I wanted in stock and at a fair price. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly. I recommend this store for all thing mac and mac related.

The best experience ever. I had called and spome with Mark who is the owner and had asked if he would donate a computer to an autistic boy with a seizure disorder who is sitting in the hospital and without hesitation he said yes. Best to show up to this establishment on weekdays when the owner is there to actually get approval for the device your retrieving. Overall I havent had any problems with my laptop I bought with them and I never owned a mac book before its adorable and convenient.

If I ever need to have my Apple Computers repaired, this is the place I will take it.1. I like the look and feel of the store.2. I like the fact that they have OEM parts if you ask for it and that they are available.3. I have tried to repair my own 13 MacBook Air with a new battery and though I have saved money initially buying a battery online, the battery life is not great at all. I prefer to do it here in future and this way, if there is an issue, they can handle it.I did recently bring in my smaller 11 MacBook Air that my daughter uses as the screen did not work any longer. For a few hundred, they fixed it and also updated the operating system for me. Works fantastic and now I havent given it back to my daughter since she does have a college computer. This is not my go to travel computer and I dont have to purchase a new computer at all.The team at Experimax are great, fast and know what they are doing. I felt like I was at the Apple Store. I would not hesitate to bring any of my Apple products here.

I needed a battery for my iPhone6, they did not have one in stock and told me it would take about a week to get one. They called me two days later and said they got the battery in. I was able to get the battery that same day and they replaced the battery and faulty screen in about forty five minutes. The Experimac owner and repair technician were very courteous and they took fifty percent off the price of the battery because I also had the faulty screen replaced. I would highly recommend Experimac to anyone.

Experimax Staff is friendly and professional.Over the years, I have referred Apple customers and also a few HP laptop and other PC customers to Experimax and all have had the same excellent customer service I have received there.Among problems I have had resolved at Experimax: dead iMacs and iPads, broken iPhone screens and battery replacements, iMacs frozen by updates, and many other problems. Many issues were addressed right when I was there and Experimax asked if I wanted to wait in the store for them to fix the problem (Wow!).This is the best place to address any computer problem in Henderson or Las Vegas.

After having the issues i did with the macbook pro bought from here i finally got it in for mark to look at and i have to laugh at how its one main issue has us both stumped but as far as i am concerned he is honest and true to his word that if anything needs done under the warranty period it gets done. I am waiting to find out if the MBP stops fighting with him and hopes he can resolve it but i am very happy with how everything was handled and glad it was bought somewhere that the owner himself will go to any lengths to take care of any issue. Thank you Mark for getting that stubborn thing to work again.

I honestly had just gone in to the store to browse around. I had Googled nearby stores that sold used Apple products and decent prices and this was one of the first to show up. Ive always been an Apple/MAC user and was so pleased to find this store. Not only was the staff extemely helpful but super friendly. Well knowledge in the products they carried.
