Our internet service is great - and we live in a very remote area. When there are issues (not often) the response time is great. We are very happy with Stimulus.

Stimulus technologies has become my IT Department, We used to employ a full-time technician to take care of us, but now I call Stimulus every time we need help. Costs much less than your own staff, and these guys are fully trained, certified and qualified to take care of your software, hardware, internet, website, email and other needs. I recommend them - times have changed, and its hard to keep up with things yourself any more.

Nice people, but the service is so unreliable that it cannot be used for business. I have had it with this company - their service just keeps getting worse. Stimulus has easily cost me over $10,000 in lost business in 2020 due to repeated failures of their power supplies, boards, etc. Probably okay for home or entertainment, but my business can’t keep suffering loss of revenue that Stimulus then offers to compensate by a credit of 1/2 month of fees. Are you serious?

Our company has been with Stimulus Tech for nearly one year. I appreciate the open communication and especially the help desk. Whenever I call they are efficient and knowledgeable and always fix the problem. We had a phone/internet switch this year and Stimulus helped us every step of the way. They are currently helping us update 42 computers and doing a good job.

My experience with Stimulus Technologies is that they are a team of true professionals who are skilled in IT work. My service was computer repair... had a very stubborn virus on one of my workplace computers. The team helped with a combination of in-person visits and remote off-site assistance to help clean up the computer. The price was very reasonable for the level of service they provided. Our orthodontic office recently built a new location and Stimulus did our IT for the move. Kaid was always on top of making sure everything was prepared and thoroughly planned out in the months prior to the actual move. He was great about communicating with me and other companies involved with the project so nothing would be forgotten. Aaron served as our onsite technician on moving day. Hes been our tech before and, as always, did a fantastic job. Aaron is awesome at taking your issues, coming up with solutions that will actually work and communicating without getting too technical. Ive dealt with IT companies in the past that either couldnt speak anything but code or I knew more than they did. Both Kaid and Aaron are very knowledgeable, personable and a pleasure to work with. Moving an entire office was stressful and it felt like so many things went wrong, but our IT was one of the few things that went smoothly and I attribute that to the guys on the job. Thanks!
