Josie was very nice and helpful! I took a bridesmaids dress to her that needed a few tweaks in order to fit me better. She made sure I was happy with what was done, worked in a timely manner, and was very good about communicating with me! She was even able to steam the dress for me, saving me another phone call and errand to run. I will go back for any other alterations needs!

Nice experience, good hemming

The woman that picked up the phone was so extremely rude, all I asked was how much it would be to do some small alterations on three shirts I had just picked up for my husband. I dont understand what I could possibly have said that made her so extremely angry, this is not the way to treat a customer especially a potentially new one. She actually told me to go somewhere else and didnt want my business, and all it started with was asking for a price quote. I would never ever do business with this person on her attitude alone, her combative attitude was completely unnecessary and uncalled for. Alterations and tailoring by Josie would earn negative stars if I could, based on customer service alone.

I tried calling multiple times and nobody answered. About 15 minutes later, Josie called my office and was exceedingly rude to my staff. Since she doesnt answer her phone, I had already called other places. After hearing from my staff how rude she was I will definitely avoid doing business with this company. In reading other reviews, it appears this is a common complaint. So buyer beware of the rude business owner!! To be fair, I never actually had any work done by this company, but she made an impression none the less.
