Lets start by stating I live on the 3rd floor, and I didnt get charged any Xtra for that. Carrying all of his heavy equipment no snood remarks or complaints up 3 levels. My carpet and kitchen floors looks incredible. Im very happy with the professionalism and integrity of this company I will definitely use them again and refer them to friends and family. He was the most competitive with prices and very accommodating with my schedule. Austin was absolutely amazing. He was on time, very honest, and very friendly. His prices are exactly what he says. There’s no ‘hidden fees’ or a bunch of extra charges after the service is done. Im extremely satisfied with my carpet being cleaned. I have a medium to high carpet profile so I expected it to be dry in a day or two, but it was dry before he even left!!! Austin had great customer service and was very thorough. Ive had bad experiences with other carpet cleaners, but I wont be going to anyone else from now on.

I just had Ecodry over here and they did a fantastic job! I showed them the pet stains and dark marks on my carpet and they took the necessary steps to make this carpet look great! I am not sure if Ive ever written a review about a company prior to buying anything but this one I had too. I had an issue with an area rug so I called Ecodry and the owner explained everything thoroughly, what I should and shouldnt do. He even gave me some tips on how to keep it clean prior to his services. Rarely do you find someone so helpful prior to making a purchase.

These guys were great! I called on a Saturday afternoon to get my carpets cleaned and deodorized. I asked if they could get it done that day and they came right out. Amos, the guy who came out was great. He explained the entire process and why they do it the way they do. He showed me the products he uses and everything. He was completely helpful in the entire process. Amos was very friendly and easy to speak to. The service was excellent! The carpets look great and smell great too. I will definitely be recommending these guys to my family and everyone that needs their carpets cleaned.

I was visiting my relatives over the holidays and called Ecodry Carpet Cleaning to clean the carpets and upholstery. I liked that it was dry when they finished, the traffic lanes cleaned up nicely, and the dog spots were removed. I was most impressed with the couch and love seat. Not only did they clean up beautifully but the drink spots from the kids were removed also. Fantastic job!!!! Highly recommend!! I will definitely use again.

He is a really nice guy and did a great job cleaning my rugs with an emzyne foam product lemon scented.Before he came by, I mistakenly tried to hand wash with water and that made the wool rug smell like camel piss, due to the moroccan wool, lol. Ecodry came and did carpet/upholstery cleaning on my carpet and couches. I have a sister-in-law who is very allergic to dogs. She had not been able to come over or even into the apartment, even after the dog had been gone for several months. Now that it has been cleaned my brother, his wife, and kids can come over. I am very pleased with the thorough job that they did. The associate who cleaned the carpets name was Luke and he was punctual, quick, polite, and professional. I recommend Ecodrys services to anyone.

Im surprised that nobody else has complained about a powdery substance left behind. It was almost a cross between sand and saw dust. It was tracked completely through the house between the 2 areas cleaned, and in clumps. The carpet did dry fairly fast, which was the only positive. The gentleman that showed up, spent the first 40 minutes trying to sell me the product he had, and the last 30 cleaning. This was done just a week ago, and our realtor just came and told us the carpet needs cleaned, because most spots have resurfaced. Steam cleaning has always worked better on my carpets and rugs, and Ill return to that method.

I have a lot to say about this place, first of all they took an extremely long time to do the whole thing then they charged me an extra $30 to do my fairly long hallway . They didn’t even do the stairs at all which was such a bummer & when the carpets where done it didn’t look touched at all, the stains were still clearly visible

Ecodry by Rick and his team are always consistent with quality and removing stains. 2 years of having ferrets living in my converted bedroom had a lot of stains on the floor. His team made the 12x8 bdrm white carpet floor look new. Stains were gone.
