Incredible these guys do a good job and you dont even get out of your car just drive through the tunnel they dry your vehicle off apply Armor All to your tires and you have free access to the vacuum cleaners hands down to the guys that wash my truck

I was next door getting a oil change with my son. I walked through the car wash area. It looks like it is about to be condemned. Multiple bays are cordoned off. Machines for operating the equipment are destroyed from vandals. Looks like upkeep stopped years ago. I saw one wash bay that might be in operation. Definitely not a class place.

Its huge. The carwash was really good. I like how I could use my fast pass there.

Used EVGO charger. After calling customer support to fix a non-charging issue, I charged for 25 min. Thank you EVGO.

Drove up to ask about an oil change. I was in and out within 20 min. or so. Everyone was very pleasant. Definitely felt like I got my moneys worth. Also received 1/2 off car wash. Yes!

$17 car wash and I need to wash it again to actually get it clean. Equipment is ancient and it mostly just sprays things on and off. Would not recommend this place.

This was the worst car wash I have ever paid for. They missed at least 30% of the surfaces on the exterior of my truck. I have had decent results at this car wash in the past but todays wash was huge disappointment. Unfortunately because of covid you sit in your truck while they wash it and I didnt get out and look at it after they were done. I guess thats my mistake. Wont go back.

Excellent work! They were fast and efficient and they werent trying to push services on me too hard. Of course they had recommendations on a few services, but they werent trying to hustle me into it. I had 3 guys at my service station. 1 on the computer, 1 under the hood, and 1 under the car itself in the basement area. Great teamwork and communications between them. I definitely recommend this location!

I actually went for the oil change service that was once a Terrible Herbst but it is now a Valvoline service center. I cannot say enough good things about the people who work there. They are fast and efficient and if you can, download their app for the coupons and offers. They can save you a bundle. Excellent service.

I went through the carwash. They are no longer full service. They did a lot of pre brushing, which was good, because it seemed like the car washing portion was short on the spinning scrubbers. Almost like they took a few out. Lastly, the vacuums... geez, a low point. Although very strong, they had removed the nozzle ends. So just 3 inch hose end. Like, literally, they cut off the end of the hose, and thats the end you vacuum with. Overall, I would not likely go back here for a car wash.

I went to wash my car! I have free carwash for year (October) I was in form that this has been cancelled! The manager informed me to contact the main office for further details! Customer service was kind and helpful! Manager gave me a free car wash! Ty Joe Spanglo and team!

They are not currently cleaning the interiors, but you can use the vaccum for free.

I got the Sheriff car wash, ($28), on 09/14/19, at approximately 0804 hours. The interior job was extremely unsatisfactory. The trunk wasn’t vacuumed, the little console was open when I dropped the vehicle off and when I got into my vehicle it was closed with crumbs and wrappers inside. All four pockets on the interior door panel weren’t cleaned. The seats also had crumbs left on them too. So basically I paid to just have the exterior done.

This full service car wash is my favorite. They take the time to get my Highlander immaculate. My car looks great and I feel like years of age have been cleaned away with the dirt. Getting that 10th wash free is a nice little perk. Getting a good hand dry and detail person at the end is key to the complete cleaning. Tip well for great service.

My family and I stopped by today and we were not impressed. The place was dirty and had a bad smell inside. There was no seating inside while waiting for your car to be done. Its over 105 degrees and people have to sit outside in the almost covered awning. When they waved us down to get our car we noticed that they did a terrible job. Spots everywhere on the exterior and they barely wiped down the interior. I wanted to ask the gentleman for his towel but it was so dirty that I just said forget it. I had a much better experience at the one off of Pecos/windmill. I will not be coming back:/

I had never been to a car wash before. I felt kind of silly not knowing what to do! The employees were very helpful and informed me of the process. They were all super nice. I cant quite remember how much it cost. I just got the basic wash which was resonable and they really did a super job. The man drying my car was very meticulous and paid close attention to detail. I appreciated that! They were fairly busy which was ok. I had my dog with me and we enjoyed the sunshine outside while we waited. Overall they did a good job at a decent price. Would recommend!

Great car wash! Kind of sucks they dont have an indoor waiting area but its well shaded. Only really negative thing about this place is that the waiting area has NO RAMPS for handicapped. They really need to remedy this.

Theres a cashier there that I see all the time. Shes very friendly and polite.! Great customer service! BUT, she cannot run the store by herself and she has a little girl, that I have seen on occasion in the store.. To run the store sufficiently, she needs some rest and relaxing (a break of more than 1 day off) to spend with her daughter and family! Take this into consideration and give this cashier a deserving break! Im very disappointed in how terrible treats there employees! There humans, not dogs. Thank you for reading this. Love terribles full service car was but the best part are the employees. We love visiting the flamingo/arvill location to see Angela! She always remembers us and it feels like family. She is great at making you feel welcomed. We live pretty far from this location but drive the extra miles just so we can say hi to Angela. We use the unlimited was plan they have and it keeps our cars in prestine condition inside and out. Love this Service!!

Excellent Excellent Service and results. As others have said, they do take longer then others, but thats because they do an excellent job. Their quality of work is definitely better then a normal car wash, approaching the results of a detailing. Everyone is always courteous and attentive. Definitely recommended.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY!! I was told they wipe the inside down from front dash to the back Windows, my center concil was left dirty, the cup holders hadnt been touched and the kicker was the guy left half of a cigarette in the car! I dont even smoke! My car smelled like cigarette for almost a week! I REALLY appreciated the smell while i was taking my mother for her cancer treatments! I finally had to take it somewhere else to be cleaned because the smell of cigarette was making me nauseous.

Not as busy as other locations in the afternoons on weekdays. They have machines you can play at if you want while you wait. The people are pretty nice who wash your car. Theres little strip malls around here if you want to walk over while you wait.

Car wash with the use of a short drive through machine operated by Terribles employees. Vehicle is mechanically and manually dried. Overall efficiency is a average. Often times bird feces remains after the wash. Employees are friendly and seemingly gentle.

I have been comeing to this wash for about 4 years with 3 different vehicles. I think they do a good job. Best bet is to buy a monthly pass at 30$

Car was in need of a deep cleaning inside and out, price was good, and they took my small Scion xB with the hitch mounted bicycle rack. Car sparkled and mats were removed and cleaned. All the death Valley sand disappeared and they found my old car polish from under the seat. I applaud their service, I could not believe the before and after results.If you have a hitch mounted bicycle rack this car wash is the one to use in Las vegas...Update July 2021: still no inside service because of Covid 19...

Full service car washes are hard to find. Their service was good, but more attention to detail is needed.

We use terribles for our car care needs for both our vehicles.I like the fact that I can trust the guys there and they are very transparent in the way they do everything.I have used this location and the nellis and Charleston location for the past 15 years and have always been satisfied with their thoroughness and quality of work.I am not saying they are cheaper than any other shop, but they are honest and I have shopped around, and they seem no more expensive than anywhere else.Update 06/25/2019:Terribles has sold their oil change facilities to valvoline... they still have an offer where you get 50%off on a car wash with terribles, although the midlevel wash used to be free... I took my Subaru in for a service and most of the technicians that were there are still there, so that was fine.Prices for services have gone up by about 10% across the board, but as long as the service stays good, I see no reason not to continue using them. Even with the increases, they are still less expensive than most.

I get my car washed at least twice a week here and they are fast and do a fantastic job. Update the date is September 26th and I am still getting my car washed here twice a week Ive been recently informed that while paying my $30 a month charge for unlimited car washes inside and out and I can pay an extra $7 if I wanted to have them do a scrub down the inside doors and everything so kudos to them great job great service great

Ive had really great service here, and then Ive had ok to almost bad service as well--its a mixed bag.A couple things to know:1. Dont trust their posted hours, which I learned the hard way, as I pulled in 10 minutes before their posted closing time, and they had already shut everything down. More importantly, they were not interested in turning things back on, even though they were supposed to still be open.2. Even when its slow, from the time you drop off your vehicle in the driveway, its going to be around 45 minutes before you get your car--they just dont seem to move fast here. They do however do a pretty good job vacuuming.On the plus side, they offered an all you can eat version, of exterior washes for around $15, which is a pretty good deal when you think about it. You drive it through their automated wash your self, which usually does a decent (not great) job of getting your car clean. One caveat, when they are busy, like they were last weekend, you wait forever in the self serve lane, for really no reason. They employees seem to not care one iota.

Good, fast, car wash to come to that is full service and inexpensive. This is not an auto detailing place, but for the cheap cost and fairly fast service, its great for getting the dirty off of and out of your car fast.

For the price we paid the inside should have been wiped down as well as vaccumed. Full Service to me is a complete wipe down of the inside of the vehicle as well. A friend of mine takes her car there and requests certain people because she know they do a good job. I will have to get their names if I want to go back to this location.

One of the employees vervaly assault me cus they said i still some of they towel and touch me whit finger in my chest, then i call the manager for help but i guess was his friend and give the reason to the employees, so is legal the employees touch your chest and vervaly assault you and call you thief and suspend your account, if anyone know good attorney let me know, this is the most racist place ever, thanks

Paid $30 bucks and they didnt wipe mirrors and back window. Left water in the ashtray. They said no this or that ran out of air freshener.

They took their time and really did an amazing job and it was very reasonable. So happy we stopped there.

Just got the worst car wash Ive ever had. They told me they would hand wash it. Basically they washed it down with water and dried the dust into it. Dont go there.

They do a decent job, they always seem to miss the bottom of the rear bumper corners. I hate being the person to walk around pointing it out but I also want a clean car if I am paying for it.

The free vacuums DO NOT work, they barely suck anything. The entire parking lot was covered in broken glass and trash. And instead of being helpful the car wash attendants just stood there and laughed at me while I went from one vacuum station to another trying to find a station that worked. This location is gross!

Only 1 of 7 self car washes is functional. Drive thru insisted I pre-rinse my car before the auto wash, and it wasnt very dirty. Waste of time and frustrating.

Quick service, but Terrible(no pun intended) went on Saturday morning, was not very busy, car went in with dirt of the sides, that could easily come off if wiped properly, came out with dirt on the sides and not even properly washed, employees left a bottle of cleaner in the car, which I drove back and dropped off. Would not recommend.
