The wrecker came quickly to get my sons car after he hit a wild hog. The workers were very friendly and helpful. Glad that after the eventful early morning, we had kind people to deal with.

Wayne and Kenny are truly amazing people! We were T-boned on the highway heading home to the DFW area. Wayne and Kenny drove my family and I to Enterprise to rent a car. When no cars were available, they took us back to their business and then on to Denny’s where we could eat and stay dry until our family member could pick us up. They were willing to go above and beyond to ensure our safety. We are so incredibly thankful for them.

Wayne just wanted to say the government controls fees, yes they do the maximum amount that they can charge... he was nice and friendly but if your going to lie to people make sure that they dont know the laws first.

I broke down on the way to Lake Livingston to see my Dad on Fathers Day. I was in the middle on no where and didnt know anyone in the area. I called Griffiths Towing and he came and hauled my truck to his business. The owner of Griffiths Towing is a fine man who will do what he says he will in good time and at good price. I enjoyed my time with him in the truck unlike other companies that have operators with no personality. While I hope I never break down again, I would use this service if I needed it.

While visiting TX, I needed my Jeep towed to me, and was promised countless times that it would be here. No one called when they showed up, so boyfriend arranged with Wayne to have his personal vehicle drop it off. Instead, TOTAL NO SHOW- my boyfriend had to WALK 2 HOURS just to get an excuse that the transmission blew because the car couldnt handle the towing capacity. REFUSE BUSINESS!! I’d be willing to bet, that neither of you truly know what “bad service “ can entail . But, no worries, the” Real Deal” is out there and you’ll be struck down, just like the best of us . And, one more thing before I turn in the soapbox for recycle : if you are wanting to dissuade a potential customer from a business that is truly bad, you’d be able to give specifics & concrete arguments, not just your “feelings “ or “ what you were trying to do was right “,“ the man was Rude “ .But, ther REAL crown atop your basic level of education and critical thinking, - is the age old, higher than mighty, flighty use of the word “ Unknowledgeable” . Extremely rude, unknowledgeable, and unhelpful. Avoid this business at all cost. I am able to tell you this from just two experiences with this business when all I was doing was picking stuff up from my wrecked car before the insurance company picked it up.

I have not needed a wrecker service praise God but when I do I will call Griffiths Towing not because I work here but because they are amazing Ive worked many calls with them and the they are very fast and professional . So if you need help or find yourself in need of a tow call these guys ....
