When I called they acted like they couldnt tell me initially how much the storage and tow fees were, saying they had to see my license. By the way its $40 per day and $160 to tow from Manson to Henderson in case anybody wants to know.Smh..My car had a flat, when they towed it, it was jacked up with my jack.They put the jack back under the car all wrong it bent the metal and I couldnt get the tire on. They made us wait an hour to get help, they lied about not having a jack we could use on premises. They a lied and said they didnt even have personal ones in the cars they drove to work.They are the worst from the front office to the guys that do the towing. They caused extension damage, the front office staff was rude and liars said I cursed them out...I didnt but I should have. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!

Quick to respond. Good service. I didnt like that I was charged a convience fee for using my credit card and was not informed before pay.ent was made. I found out when my credit card alert me to two charges made on my card from Freds towing. They should have disclosed that when the pickup was scheduled.

My nephew needed his car towed in so I called Freds Towing, . It was on the weekend & he was in Henderson, & within 30 minutes they were there to pick up my nephew car. Great Services & friendly staff.

My son was in a car accident and our roadside assistance had called Fred’s to tow the vehicle, after almost 2 hours I called and they stated they had not received anything from the insurance company, insurance tried calling them 3 more times and no answer. Ended up calling another tow company who showed up within 10 minutes. I will never call them again or recommend to anyone else

We blew a tire on our way home from our family vacation. The roadside assistance team, had trouble finding someone to help us so I reached out to Freds Towing. Scott arrived quickly, and was able to get us to the Walmart to replace the tire right before they closed at 7pm. Was very thankful Freds was able to get us taken care of....recommend them if youre ever in a bind!

Had an accident in Henderson NC, they flipped my vehicle upright. Easy to do, then towed it 12 minutes away to their yard. My vehicle sat for 5 days, and they tried to charge me $1,450.00 . Tried to lie and say they had to do a bunch of road clean up. No they did not, my wife picked up the pieces, 3-4 is all it was. Do not call them ever. They will RIP you off big time. They said they would settle for 500 when I said I dont have that kinda cash. However when I threatened to call Neil Churns towing it was reduced to 100 dollars and car title. Btw my wife cleaned up the debris as I already said, and no fuel, oil, trans fluid, or antifreeze leaked out of my vehicle. No brake fluid, or power steering fluid leaked out of my vehicle. So what fluid was cleaned up due to my vehicle? Neil Churns towing said for my tow 300 but settle for 100 is all he would have charged. 150 if he delivered it to my house that night, not 285 that night as you guys tried to charge. Told me on site 285 cash well drop it at your house 5 minutes away. So why dont you guys tell the truth. I got nothing to hide. Btw the highway patrol was informed of entire situation. So If Im lying call them. The chief set yall straight on top of it. Reason I was allowed to go get my stuff out of my car, because he said to let me do so. So go lie somewhere else

Never had a problem out of these guys. They can and have handled some large jobs and even the smallest of jobs. Needless to say they stay busy. Hopefully I wont have to use them, but I know Ill get fair treatment and good service if I do need them....again.

My car broke down on I-85 South and called this establishment to see if someone could help my daughter and I get home to Greensboro. Mind you, it is cold, and rainy outside. My wheel locked while I was driving on the interstate causing me to veer off to the side of the road. I explained to the man who answered that my car just broke down and asked how much would it cost for them to tow my car home and he hesitated and told me to call someone else! I am BEYOND flabbergasted! I told him that I am literally 12 minutes from his establishment and he did not want to help me. Wow... I guess this company doesn’t like to make money.. smh.. If you are broke down on the side of the road, DO NOT CALL THIS PLACE, they’ll just instruct you to call somewhere else! Save yourself the time!
