Took our 2002 Silver Eldorado to Juan to have a bumper replaced and to re-paint both bumpers. Color match was factory quality. Repaired the door panel that was severely damaged and also a panel under the door. All were done in top fashion and Juan and Nicole are a pleasure to work with. Very accommodating and eager to please. Would recommend ARS in a heart beat!!!

Sat on my car for two weeks before telling me they couldnt work on it, the whole time I was calling to see what the situation was with my car and the girl on the phone never could tell me anything or let me talk to a mechanic or manager, always said she would call me back but never did, she also wouldnt even confirm that my car was even there. I ran out of rental car credit waiting for them to tell me they couldnt do anything with my car until I got my tires and wheels changed which would have been fine if they had not just let it sit for weeks refusing to talk to me about what was going on the whole time. I went to them because they were recommended by cadillac and I ended up going somewhere else because of how bad this service was. I dont normally write reviews, especially bad ones, but these guys caused me a major inconvenience.

I have I had my car to Juan three times and every time it is flawless when I get it back for three different things
