Normally they are on point....just be careful, if they do make a mistake they will not own up to it, and try to get out of their responsibility to correct it!!! I had to run around town for a wheel lugs/nuts after they lost my wheel lock key, the replacement which was not a wheel lock was only 5.00 dollars...SMH.. They have two location the one on Garnett is great, The other is horrible. But the one on Garnet seem to not care neither. I was shocked tho new employs, I purchased, tires, had brakes done, tire rotations done here, but I had to run around and fine wheel nuts cause they failed to put the original tire lock back in the car. SMH..Be careful!!!

This place is terrible. They have terrible customer service. They sell bad tires that have been plugged or patched the previous two purchasing from them. They over tighten Lugnuts. And they do not fess up to their shortcomings. I will be filing a claim with their business insurance company, if they have one, to cover the cost of the damage they caused by over tighten my Lugnuts

Not only are they fast, I was pleasantly shocked when he told me the price! Will definitely be back.

Normally on point bad e periencr after 5th time visiting spike with representative on an appointment that renigged never again. I’m to loyal to be placed as a non loyal first timer. But I’m repeat of this business. No thanks just lost 5 cars from this family Adios amigo

Total rip-off!! Never ever again!! They showed no respect, no business about them. I would not recommend them to anybody. Over tighten my lug nuts had to go to someone else to get them replaced. No knowledge of what they are doing.

Really I got a tire from there a week ago the tire was bad and I told the guy it was but I didnt have the time to wait so today I went back there because the steel belt was showing, the guy who put my tire on last week was rude as hell he didnt care . I ended up having to buy another tire . Wont be going back for anymore tires there !
