This man is a thief. He purposely, deliberately sabotaged and damaged my engine in an attempt to sell me a replacement engine. I had 3 reputable shops look at the damage after I took my truck back in pieces. The diagnosis was that the damage was done by Jesses auto after the engine was disassembled. Jesse took over $7k of my money up front to fix my engine and then told me he couldnt fix it and gave me no choice other than buy another engine. Im missing parts because he didnt give them all back to me. After working closely with a qualified mechanic I found that the only problem my truck had to begin with was an internal leak in the oil cooler and a broken water pump belt. I only have this one tow truck for my livelihood and this man has put me out of business for now. Jesses auto uses a common scam where they get a down payment and keep telling the customer that more problems arise in order to get more money in an attempt to convince the customer to buy a replacement engine. My truck 130k original miles which is very low for an isuzu 7.8L diesel. Any competent mechanic who looks at these photos will conclude this damage was done by human hands after the engine was disassembled. If you have been scammed by Jesses auto feel free to contact me. Its hard to find an honest, understanding and trustworthy mechanic these days. Jesse and his team have been amazing at fixing up my car. I was recommended by three people when I posted on a site asking for a trustworthy mechanic and decided to give him a try. I can honestly say I am glad I did. I have had nothing but great experiences with him and his team fixing my vehicle. Jesse goes out of his way to help get you back on the road and fix your vehicles. Not many mechanics that I have met dos this but Jesse gives you the option to order the part for you and do the repairs, or (for those that are on a tight budget like myself), gives you the option to call and find the part yourself at a cheaper price and will put the part in for you. Needless to say my Honda civic doesnt sound like its making popcorn anymore. I still have further repairs that needs done as my vehicle is old and had been sitting in a garage for over a year before I purchased it, but I wouldnt trust anyone else with my vehicle.I HIGHLY recommend this shop and will refer him to anyone looking for a honest and trustworthy mechanic. I will continue going to Jesse and his team for any repairs i need. Thank you guys and keep up the EXCELLENT work.

One mechanic charged me $700 to install a new timing belt kit. I was smart enough to take it Jerry who inspected the vehicle and told me I did not need a timing belt at all. He charged me 0, not a dime for the diagnosis. This is the most honest repair man I have come across in a long time.

I moved here to Vegas from California, and was recommended to Jesses automotive. I brought my wifes BMW, Mercedes for work. Im real picky because Im an ex dealer and Im super happy with Jesse and his crew. Its like home away from home with good good service. I recommend.

Omg AMAZING JOB!! He was very professional and courteous. Said our car might take a couple days and had it done in one, had a problem with what he replaced later and he fixed it no charge of course...seriously, love having him as our mechanic!!

My van was having a transmission issue so I took it to Jesse. This was my first time going to his shop so I didnt know what to expect. He recommended flushing the transmission. Everything is working great now with my van. I was very pleased with the work and I appreciated how Jesse never tried to sell me on anything I didnt need like some mechanics would. Whenever I need car repairs Ill be trusting Jesse to do the work for me. Give him a try and I think youll be happy you did!

Avoid this guy at all costs. Dishonest and untrustworthy. He will sabotage your vehicle to get repeat business. He is not registered with the Nevada DMV as all auto repair shops are required.

We had an awesome experience with Jesse. We were on our way out of town when we needed to get the alternator replaced on my dads Trailblazer. Quick repair and great customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone and we would definitely go back again. Thank you Jesse!

Took my Cadillac to get a leaking gas line assessment. Jesse personally dealt with the problem, while doing so we found out the part I needed was discontinued. Instead of sending me on my way, or worse over charging me for part, he spent good part of an hour trying to fix the problem himself. He succeeded! And charged me mere pocket change for his time. Thats a stand up mechanic in my book and Im totally satisfied with the service I recieved from him and his staff. I strongly recommend him for anybody looking for a reliable, homegrown mechanic! I surely will be going to him from now on for any repairs I need in the future!

Had problems with my truck that no other shop could give me an explanation for. I then took it to Jesses aoutmotive who found the problem and repaired it fast and the correct way. Great customer service and they are willing to help. I got a great price from them and would bring all of my vehicles back to Jesses shop for any problem big or small. I highly recommend this shop for all of you mechanical needs.

I brought a Toyota Camry to Jesse and thought there was a brake issue but as it turned out the issue was actually a bad axle, which the quickly found out while I was still there and showed to me. I really appreciated that but was worried that an axle would be expensive. He gave me a great deal on it and had it back to me the very next day and the car is good to go.

Brought my 56 GMC in to get some work done. I was in and out with no issue and had no problem leaving my truck with them. Very professional and highly recommended!

I paid Jessie $859.00 for an alternator and brake pads on my car. He knew I was about to make a drive across country. He took my money and did not put the brake pads on my car. I found out when I needed a tire and they told me I needed brake pads and I told them no I did not because I had just gotten them done a week ago. They told me I’m sorry to inform you but, you do not have new brake pads. I called Jessie he denied it. I took my car to the Mercedes dealership and they took my tires off and verified that indeed he had not changed my brake pads they are still paper thin and about to cut into my rotors! What a crummy person! I have spent over $5, 000 at his shop and he would do something like this to me after I trusted him. The first time he fixed my car I thought he did a good job but, he made advances that I turned down so perhaps I should not have gone back there but, I thought since I turned them down and he was paid that I could use him again but, apparently he’s just a scrum bag of a human being. He put me in harms way I could have been in an accident. He caused additional damage to my car as a result! He is not an honest businessman! Don’t take your car to him he will lie about completeinv the work and charge you for work that is not done! He has no respect for women he will proposition women customers even though he has a wife and 3 crying kids in the shop and the wife is a sweetheart and has no ide that he is trying to sleep with his customers for car repairs. I guess he was angry because I was not interested in any arrangements with him and had the money to pay he tried to stick it to me for patronizing him and paying him what he asked to be paid. He should be ashamed!

OK... 1 word... WOW. This guy is really really really good, phenomenal capabilities, excellent management skills and very understanding to any situation. We are all lucky to have him.

Terrible experience. Spent $900 to repair my A/C. After my cost for all NEW parts, A/C still didnt work. He replaced all parts that cost and none were the problem.He never checked the Blend door which was the the problem. His mechanic loosened the positive cable on my battery & never tightened it. He told me on the tuneup my air filter he chge. I checked and it never was chgd. Also the same with my spark plug wires until I told him.I got ripped off of $900 and my a/C still doesnt work.He got very rude with me when i confronted him of the charges TWD my repair (s) regarding parts that were not replaced that I paid for.I would NEVER take my car back if I needed air added in my tires. Very bad experience. Check all parts removed and replaced if you hav any work done. You will be paying for parts you dont get.
