One of the worst service you would come across. The only focus how much they can charge you rather than fixing the under warranty issues and never owning the problems that was not followed up for years. You will get a better service from low cost car services and better value for the money.

I bought a used car from them. Every person involved at the dealership were great. I enjoyed the experience. The final step was getting the vehicle licensed. This part was a joke. They charged me a documentation fee for over five hundred dollars. I was told the fee was for getting everything handled regarding vehicle registration and proper title work. This will enabled me to get my vehicle properly registered to my name and to get license plates and this is where things went bad. I bought the car the middle of March and as of this writing which is it the middle of May, and still no registration and no license plates. Then, last night I got pulled over by the local police. What a embarrassing mess. I will end with this: At the end of the story I personally did all the registration work myself and for the exception of them mailing the title, the dealership got paid over five hundred extra dollars to do nothing. I would probably buy a car from them again but, no way would I pay there documentation fees and I would also insist they give me the old title and other necessary documents for re-licensing and registration into my name.
Joseph was great to work with in the service department, but the car was supposed to be cleaned inside and out. The outside was very clean but the inside had hand prints on the doors, dash and console. Concerns us that we might have had a Covid repairman with very dirty hands inside our car. Poor showing guys!
Very fast high wualy service. I was visiting from out of state and was able to come in for a quick service on the same day.
Everyone was very nice. Made sure i was met quickly and did not to long to be seen for car repair.

Everyone in the service department was nice. But it took exactly 2 hours and 30 minutes and cost 233$ to do oil change.Edit: BMW Henderson reached out to me and issued full refund for the whole oil change. They care!

This dealership sales are a complete joke as auto nation car dealers are tanking. Fire sell soon. BMW is tanking by the day. Every one not fooled by google false reviews is a complete joke. Whe is the dealership having a going out of business LOL

Everyone has their busy days or lazy days, but you guys are really something else. Been almost 2 weeks of waiting for Daniel to get warranty claim approved (Easy Care warranty was purchased through them). Left numerous messages, and he wont return calls.06/08/2018 - Had my car serviced, standard oil change and what not. Didnt get a call back until next day, which was a saturday....Daniel tells me my Oil Filter Housing needs replacing, but warranty is not open on the weekends, so I can either pick up my car, or get a rent a car.....I decided to pick up my car until Daniel got approval from Warranty company.....being that its saturday, they didnt have shuttles, so i had to pay for a Uber....thats fine.I tell Daniel that my Navigation knob is broken too, and that should be covered under my warranty too, so please get that done for me too.06/14/2018 Daniel calls me and tells me that he got approval for Oil Filter Housing, however I have to pay $75 aside from my deductible because my warranty doesnt cover labor? Fine also! So i asked Daniel that includes the Navigation knob right? And he says, no I still have to find out about the knob...ok fine....please call me back so we can get started right away.06/15/2018 Easy Care warranty calls me to ask about my claim and service. I told them we havent started on the car yet because we are waiting to get approval for the navigation knob. They tell me they never received a claim for the knob and to talk to Daniel.Left Daniel a message again!06/20/2018 - Still no call back from Daniel, more messages left........even left a message with Service Manager 2 hours ago.....I wonder when Im gonna get a call back and get my car fixed......sigh
