This review deserves nothing more than a zero for the horrible service they provide. As a new car owner they have made this the worst experience for me with the lack of communication, clarity and understanding. I have cancelled my policy and they still have found ways to take advantage. If you are thinking about this insurance (fraud) company.....DONT!!!!

They are always prompt when answering question.

Update your hours! You are clearly not open at 8 am, when I called twice and your call goes straight to voicemail for after hours.
