I have them and Everytime I called I got an answer and questions answered. I would recommend them to everyone their not too pricey and as a single mother of four I was able to fit their rate in my budget just fine. Keep up the good work

Dont ever go to this company. The people, are incompetent and downright deceiving..I can give details.about my case..Im about to file a complaint with the state on this company. A simple refund has taken 4.months and they just come with excuses. Also they tried to charge for a premium that was not authorized.Do business with them at your own risk.

We have been working with Western Sage for about 6 months now and all of the people I have worked with have been nothing but helpful. They have saved our company on premiums in all aspects of our insurance. Response time is within a 24 hour period if not the same day. I would recommend them, they look at all options and always have your best interest in mind!

Western Sage Insurance has great customer service, they are always so helpful and always getting information back to us on a very timely basis - specially when we request information at the last minute. Just want to say THANK YOU for all you do for us.

Terrible customer service! I had to call over four times, leave messages on nearly every voicemail and still after an entire month no one calls back!

My Husband and I were insursed with Western Sage for a couple of years. Cesar was our to go guy at the office, always super nice and attentive. He remembered us lol and i thought that was more than great customer service. The only reason we are no longer covered with them is because we moved out of state. But I will defineletely reccomend them to all my family and friends.
