Weve struggled with keeping up on bills due to job loss with the pandemic, but State farm has been so great and kind to our situation. Everyone at this office was so nice and easy to work with.

Auji was excellent and really went the extra mile to help me with auto insurance for my classic vehicle that I recently imported. The process was made very smooth and the follow up questions were answered very quickly. I would highly recommend this agency.

They NEVER cease to amaze me in screwing things up. Just found out that for the past three years, theyve had me insuring an old address. They still send some of my mail to the old address, but weirdly not everything and it doesnt matter how many times you talk to them about this. They even had a deceased family member in a policy with me 12 years after their death. I thought I finally had everything fixed, but the same girl who apologized and fixed it for the umpteenth time, sent my device to lower my insurance to the old address from three years ago AGAIN. Im currently in search of a new office.

You’ll find better help with commercial insurance going to a company that specializes in commercial insurance. This team can help with personal/auto lines, but commercial coverage is a whole different story. Previous customer for more than 10 years.

Best Agency!

I have been a long time customer of Brendon Walker. I think he is a knowledgable man but I think the workers he hires are less than great. I always have to wait weeks for changes to be made to my policy, just for it to be made wrong. I always have to do the work of checking up with my paperwork thats sent because for some reason they cant accuratly check an email or fax. I believe this is a good office and when I first started out in 2015 they were perfect. I hope it can get back to that.

I love this office! Everyone does their job the way its suppose to be! They are very helpful! The office makes me feel comfortable & whenever I go in the staff makes me feel like Im at home! Brendon is an AWESOME agent & he always takes care of me and the people Ive referred! I HIGHLY recommend this State Farm office! If I were you I would even refer friends and family because they WILL def be taken care of!

Amazing customer service!

The people in this office are helpful and nice, but they did not cancel my policy like I asked. A month after I cancelled, they still charged my auto pay. When I called, they had no record of me cancelling. Jennifer was very helpful about getting my money refunded, but she said it would take 2 weeks. Im in the process of moving and I really needed that money. Not sure if they do this on purpose in case people dont notice, but even if it was a genuine mistake they are still screwing me over. Insurance companies suck. I made one claim for a cracked windshield in 6 years, and this is how Im rewarded.

Only reason I can give 5 stars is because of Brandi. She has been a great help fixing the errors that have been made which caused me to get billed more than what I am supposed to be on multiple occasions. She always gets back to me and figures out what happened to get it corrected.

Unfortunate that Ive had this experience with an insurance company. State farms policies will surprise you one day with a policy that was raised by $100 dollars. I called and spoke to the staff, was told my policy was back to the normal amount and that I wouldnt be charge the higher policy for that month. ( not gonna call out any names) Happen to find out that after all I was charged the high policy and apparently changes in the policy take thirty days to update! Seems like the staff needs to be trained again.I sadly refinance my car with them as well which was a huge mistake. Its been over two months since I refinanced my car and my auto payment hasnt been processed. Such an inconvience, the staff called me last month and today again to explain that I have to call the State Farm bank to personally make a payment and pay an extra $15 fee. The fee was refunded, but I have to go to the office to pick it up when I personally requested for it to be mailed to me. Save yourself the trouble and dont chose State Farm.

Brandon Walker has been my agent for many years due to the fact he is always available. He answers his office phone himself most of the time so you talk to him directly. He never rushes you. My insurance payments went down substantialy compaired to my old company. He was able to give me a lower payment and I was able to get renters insurance for as much as I was paying for just one car insured at the old insurance company. He bundled my two cars when I bought a second and payments are very comfortable for me. Just call him and get a free quote worst case you could save some money.

Plenty of talk in person, then when the bills hit things change. Very frustrating, and they try to make you feel like an idiot. Last month it was an increase for moving 2 miles. This month it goes up again, no move no nothing. Plenty of smoke and mirrors to explain the need to jack you, but those things are not shared until after the money has been taken out of your account. Who in the heck knows how much next month is going to be, this place is CRAZY!

Extremely annoyed with this office. They dont return phone calls or have the answers to my questions they should know....... Like how much am i paying a month i have paid a big different amout for the past 4 months...... And they cant tell me why or how. Now i can even get through to them.

I understand the frustrations about increased premiums and they get you in by offering you low premiums and then say surprise heres your new rates based on what ever formula they use and then it keeps going up..with a decrease yet to be seen...With that said its all about $$$ but Mya is a pleasure to work with, very personable and nice..you dont get that much with great customer service anymore...

Only 4! The workers doesnt know who works in an very small place! Wow... Had call 2 times first person said the person didnt work there and I knew it was a lie, had just left there the day before.

Horrible service. I asked for an ATV policy 5 weeks ago and they still cant give me proof of my coverages or the price of the policy. I have had to call them 3 times and pry info out of them. Im currently looking to take my business elsewhere.

If it was possible to give negative stars i would, not impressed at all with this agent.I have been charged multiple times for medical insurance i did not agree too. And when i cancelled my policy, i was still charged for the month. NOT IMPRESSED!
