Friendliness and professionalism=5 starsRates-3 starsDIscounts -3starsRates- my son had an accident 3 plus years ago, I was told the increase would fall off in 3byears ..has notDiscounts- before, Allstate gave me a discount for paying my policy in full every 6 months(regardless of payment method)...recently, the same discount is available only if the cash comes out of your checking..not many has 1000 plus to shell out of their checkingNew discount available if you go online and renew your policy..in other words instead of them mailing us the renewal notice like they used to a month ahead of time we have to go online when the time is due and renew, think about it..with all the bills we have to pay what are the odds we will remember this on time and if not get a ticket for driving w/o insuranceI have not had a chance to confirm the latter yet but from the wording of the letter it sounds like it..by the way this is for my son..sounds like they are going to drop the accident insurance and hope he gets pulled over for inurance less driving

I LOVE The Bell Agency they always are willing to help with any questions. They make you feel like you are apart of there family. I would not go anywhere else for my insurance

This agency has very friendly, knowledgeable people. They go the extra mile to help. Kat not only put the Allstate app on my phone, she also helped install their driving app, assisted with passwords, and also was able to get me full coverage for my almost antique vehicle. They are licensed in several states, so if you have a unique living situation in this one, they may be able to get what you need. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone looking for auto and/or related insurance.

Um very disappointed in this company ! They wouldnt work with me on my payments AT ALL & then took the money out of my account without my permission . Im a not working and have no income and they did not care ! They wouldnt even try to help me with a payment plan. So disappointing!!

The Agency calls every time my policy renews. Last time they found a discount and brought down my auto insurance by a couple hundred dollars.

I have used this agency over 15 years and the level of customer service has never dropped. We have had multiple lines of coverage and policies. Everyone is extremely friendly, have a very high level of knowledge and super helpful no matter what type of policy/coverage you are interested in. They are not pushy or aggressive and strive to make you happy any time you have the need to contact them, or when they have to reach out to you. I highly recommend this A++++ agency!!!

This is the best Insurance agency Ive EVER dealt with!! Everytime I call or even walk into the Bell Agency, they know my name and we always have a pleasant conversation.
