This place is okay with what they do but for all the people that come here, some well, oftentimes a lot of sick people, like right now, flu season, at least the could have a better ventilation. Just imagine coming here just for a routine check up and getting a flu or cold virus when you go home. Its just that. But its very important too.

Would like to give them a 0. The ladies are rude. An appointment was set and still waited 45 minutes. The staff need to find a new job if they dont like dealing with people.

I arrived as a walk-in for a chest x-ray. Sign in was quick. Paperwork was minimal. They called me before I realized the pager they gave me was buzzing. Very professional. Very quick with the chest x-ray. Pleasant staff and a good process.

So unorganized, wait time are horrible. They make you wait in outside area and dont bother to go out there and call your name.. bad service

I am not sure who is to blame for it taking me a couple of months to get things straight between them and my PCP... However once it was straightened out, the service was great! I really loved my blood draw lady, Patricia. She was funny and made for an exceptional experience! 😆

I came in for an appointment and signed in, the paper, NOT the receptionist, asked if I had an appointment and I said yes and specified the time. Nobody talked to me for another 45 minutes. When she gets to me she says they have a separate appointment sheet I should have signed in. If I was asked from the start if I had an appointment instead of letting the paper do the talking, I would have gladly signed in where I was supposed to! Then it turns out I cant do the blood draw because they have to do it by a specific time that the clock was just hitting on. Come on guys, waste of my time.

Lmao good luck coming here with a full bladder. Youll be waiting for an hour at LEAST just for them to sit you back down to wait some more. I honestly dont understand how a place can function so slowly. Also dont waste your time coming here for a drug screening from 10am 12pm. Waited an hour for them to tell me they only do drug screens from 1:30pm to 3:00pm. Just a heads up for all of you. Good luck.

Very clean. I was treated well. I went in for blood work and I didnt have to wait very long. I guess it depends on the time you come in, I wasnt waiting for more than 15 min.

You need to update your hours of operation online. Not just post a paper on the door. Dont worry, I updated it on google for you.

I used the online appointment service arrived 15 min earlier, used the check in kiosk and wait after 20min the lady at the desk said don’t use the kiosk because our system is Down make a line which by the way was LONG! An hour after I arrived still waiting :( what’s the point of making the appointment online? 🥴

As long as you set up a appointment, in and out in ten minutes. Love that place

Shamarya helped me at the front desk although they were very busy she had tons of patience and was helpful to get me in and out as quickly as possible she was great along with the rest of the staff ❤️

Ive taken three of my kids there and have had appointments for myself. They tend to be decent with getting to you on time for an appointment but never right on time. Make sure you keep your email proof of having an appointment because they will say you dont have one if you make one late the day before because theyll say its not on their list. I give this location 3 stars instead of 5 because every female phlebotomist has been horrible with babies and very young kids. We had a middle-aged hispanic woman with dirty blonde hair draw blood from a one-year-old today. She kept digging around after she lost the flow and then even dropped the tube while still drawing blood out. During a previous visit, I had a large woman draw blood from my four-year-old and she dug around too. My four-year-old is now traumatized and expects pain from now on. Im sure my one-year-old is now going to be the same way. My six-year-old is fine and never scared because he has always had blood drawn by the same guy (to include when he was at the San Jacinto office). I cant recall his name but he is a black gentleman that appears to be middle-aged. He is the reason we give 3 stars and not less for this location. He does very well with children.

They have to be more careful on how they inject needles. After my injection, my whole arm got stained with red marks and I was afraid if the needle wasn’t cleaned. I double checked with my doctor and they told me that the needle wasn’t injected right. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this place if they can’t even do their job right.
