Ive taken my truck to Quinns several times over the last 7 years Ive lived in Hemet. Ive found them to be competitively priced, extraordinarily capable and customer service oriented. But more than any of that, I TRUST them.Theyve done what they said they were going to do, fixed what they said they would fix, and finished when they said they would. AND they are very nice about it. I recommend them to everyone!Note: I dont think they work on foreign cars, though. Check with them before you get your hopes up. ;-)

Have been going to Quinns since mid 90s.Always had great service. Work is always within estimate amount & they never try to convince me I need more than what I go in for. As a woman who is not knowledgeable about cars, I appreciate the honesty of Quinns.

I went in to get my brake & lamp inspection. Failed the first time but they were honest about what was wrong & let me do my own repairs since I prefer to do my own repairs. They charged very cheap to retest . After my repairs I passed with flying colors. Everyone their is very nice, honest & friendly. I would recommend. Only think to note is they only take cash.

Took my sons car in & was given a fair estimate for repairs. When it wasnt done on the promised date, they called to offer a free car rental until repairs were completed. They were so honest and caring about everything I declined the offer and asked them to take their time with what needed to be done. Quinns seems to truly be a ONE OF A KIND local automotive repair shop.

First time at Quinns automotive and they took care of my oil change and also let me know about other things that needed addressing to. They did a inspection on my car and put air in my tires and even cleaned my windshield everything was done professionally. I will be coming back for sure.

Took my truck in because my AC was not working. Tom took a look at and quickly was able to see the problem and they fixed it right up. Also got an oil change and new air filter. Great people at Quinns. I will be back for sure.

The people is what makes Quinns Automotive a great shop. From their office people to technicals in shop. They all care and have the ability to get the job done. No corners cut here. They do it right.

I took me my vw Jetta to this shop cause it had good reviews but im guessing they themselves must have made the reviews cause first off they didnteven do a real mechanics diagnostics they used a code reader when i already gave them the same codes i got for free from auto zone. And they told me that everything that came up needed replacement and it cost me 2000 bucks 1 was the catalyst converter took it some where else all it neededwas cleaning. And on top ofall that the stole the case that goes over the top of my engine. Ive called left messages no response. Do not take your car there these cheats are the stereo type of mechanic sharks and thieves

I have been a customer with Quinns since the 80s!! I moved to OC 5 years ago, but have continued to drive 75 miles, every time my car needed service. Last month I got too busy (and lazy) and took my car to a local repair shop in Costa Mesa. Ugh! Huge mistake! Not only did they NOT do what they charged me for, they tried to do repairs I did not need. I promptly called Tom Quinn who advised me he had already replaced the parts they wanted to charge me for. Tom and Lisa are professional, honest and genuinely caring people. That is why I have been a customer for 25+ years and will remain so! Thank you Quinns!

Best office staff and the best shop ever

Today the guy in the front just refused me a basic brake and light inspection certificate on my 1984 Mercedes under the pretext that he does not work on European cars! What is this? This place is a joke and I dont recommend it at all! When I asked him why he replied OOh its my policy since years! HAHHAHAH what a shame! I am a mechanic myself and I know why they dont like European, its because they are too limited to even think on how to do/fix anything on a European car, especially Mercedes!IF I COULD I WOULD LEAVE A NO STAR RATING! SHAME!
