No one wants to hear they have mold in their home. After speaking with Justin, I gained a better understating of what it is abs how to fix it, he had a crew out a few days later. Alec and Logan were on time, respectful, professional and really nice to work with. They explained the process and what to expect at each step. They had most of the work done in less than 8 hours! I would absolutely recommend Servpro Helena to anyone needing water or mold cleanup, remediation and restoration.

Earlier this year we sold our home in Helena. During the process we were told there was mold in many areas in the house. When Servpro was called they came immediately. They inspected the home and discovered the mold was in the laundry room which is in the basement. They were at the house within a few days to do their mold remediation. We had some fires set in a commercial building. A call was placed to ServePro mid afternoon about cleaning up this mess. They arrived within two hours with three trucks and seven or eight people to tackle the problem. All the employees were very friendly, professional dressed and immediately started cleaning up remnants of the fires. They cleaned the floors, walls, ceilings, fixtures, heating duct work and deodorized the whole building without a problem. I would recommend them to others and also hire them again if needed.

Just before our Thanksgiving trip we found water in the laundry room basement. It was a Sunday, and I first stopped the water intrusion, and we called ServPro of Helena to help clean up the mess and address the water seeping up the walls. It was a Sunday - they needed to get their folks together and promised to be there in about 90 minutes.They showed up about an hour later, assessed the situation, told me what to they would do, what we could expect and what the costs were. Then they immediately got to work, and fixed our problem.They showed up sooner than expected, followed through with what they said they would do, and the people we worked with were obviously knowledgeable, professional in every way, and friendly. They are GREAT!I hope never have to need them again, but if I did, I would call them in a NEW YORK MINUTE!

ServPro is awesome! My house flooded a little over a year ago. ServPro came to the rescue in a very prompt manor, late into the evening on a weekend. The staff was very friendly, caring, sympathetic, and got right to work. They had to do some demolition to my flooring and a portion of a wall. They were very detailed in what they were doing and why. They showed up each day when they said they were going to. They were very easy to contact, and offered assistance, day or night, if any questions or issues arose. Unfortunately, my house flooded again recently. I didnt hesitate to call ServPro for the second time! Once again, they showed up ASAP and did everything they could to save my brand new flooring. The staff, again, was very professional, caring, friendly, and attentive. I had to leave town during the drying process and ServPro worked with me and my schedule for their return. They we able to save all of my walls and all of my brand new flooring. They also, did everything they could to protect my personal belongings from damage.
