Rick and his employees were compassionate and consistent in their work with me after my house fire. Rick also provided guidance and his expert opinions as I was struggling through choosing materials, furniture, colors, etc. in the rebuild and remodel process. I was out of town and found out I had water in my basement. I contacted Rainbow on Tuesday to begin mitigation. They did not start work and did not return my call and finally called me the following Monday. I believe there was much damage from their inactivity. I called to talk to the owner thinking he would want to know and never received a call back. But I say thanks to ServPro!
